Ontraccr is extremely customizable which allows the users to customize their system to their organization needs. Ontraccr has tons of tutorials on how to use and design their system for your specific needs. They also provide templates for the most common forms such as FLHA, dispatch, invoicing, quotes, etc... Their customer service is fantastic as well. If Ontraccr does not have a system in place that you are looking for than Ontraccr can design that specific customization that you are looking for.
