Everyone now fills out their "paperwork" everyday online and proper approvals are documented. We are able to have all our forms online and project management is clear and all in one place now! ### 2. We use Ontraccr for the majority of our business needs and the continuation of development has ensure an ease of use for all our field employees as well as the flow of information to for our office staff. **What do you dislike about Ontraccr?** There are time when the program has interaction hiccups with our own remote locations (connectivity) as it is an app/web based program that requires connection. **What problems is Ontraccr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ontraccr is solving so many problems for us, as we are still currently developing our work order system through them that not only looks at billed work orders but also at our preventative maintenance program it is a huge lift that Ontraccr has taken on. With the continued communication we are able to function still with limited interruptions as we are developing the program. ### 3. The team is professional, responsive, and truly committed to helping us implement and use the product effectively. Any minor issues we've encountered were resolved quickly by the support team. **What problems is Ontraccr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn’t have a project management software before Ontraccr. Now that we are implementing it, things are just easier. Ontraccr has helped us bring more structure to how we manage our construction projects. Before, we were relying on manual processes and spreadsheets, which worked, but weren’t ideal for tracking everything in real time. Ontraccr allows us to manage tasks, timelines, and communication in one place, which saves time and reduces the risk of things falling through the cracks. We're constantly discovering new ways of making use of the software. Tech and customer support are also very responsive. We use it every day and have migrated a large portion of our operations into Ontraccr. **What do you dislike about Ontraccr?** Software is still in development, and sometimes there are bugs that need to be worked out. Integrations with other software are also often underwhelming or don't quite work. **What problems is Ontraccr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ontraccr has allowed us to have a clearer overview of our project and company operations and health. We are also now able to track hours to our jobs more accurately Increased communication between field and office - real time accessible through mobile app, allows field team to quickly access and update information to flow between field/office. Their customer service is fantastic as well. If Ontraccr does not have a system in place that you are looking for than Ontraccr can design that specific customization that you are looking for. **What do you dislike about Ontraccr?** Ontraccr did take sometime to learn the "in's and outs" but once you learn how to use their system the possibilities are limitless.
