**What do you like best about OnRecruit?**

The possibility of always being informed about news, to improve personal and professional profile, to be informed about new companies and to find new contacts useful

**What do you dislike about OnRecruit?**

I do not use it so much so maybe it could be more user-friendly and stimulate to use it and always uploading infos and data. It could be useful to make companies' employees much aware about it

Make companies' employees much aware of the software and website linked to the company itself

**What problems is OnRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actually I do not have any particular problem so I am not receiving any kind of help from it. If it was used more often I could give a better feedback about it.

Not able to add or customize the dashboards as you want.

The one look for recruitment dashboards which helps the team to target the figures without any ambiguity.

Its a new however effective tool for the online recruitment process with detailed analysis of the organization requirement.

Branding of this tool in the industry is required so that more use will add on to its features.
