Some out of the box functionality that fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management?**

Even working with a partner to customize, we still did not get all the functionality we needed.

**Recommendations to others considering OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management:**

There is some basic functionality that we wanted in a contract lifecycle management tool that was not available and could not even be customized.  Such as the ability to create parent/child relationships with contracts.  We did a workaround for it that kind of works but is not ideal.

**What problems is OnitX Contract Lifecycle Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A universal application to ensure our contracts are correctly routed for approval according to company rules and our CiA.
