**What do you like best about OneShield ORM?**

Ease of moving over data, interface is smooth and user-friendly

**What do you dislike about OneShield ORM?**

Difficult to find different sections of data once moved over, data not always properly converted requiring manual conversion

**Recommendations to others considering OneShield ORM:**

Product is decent for what it's intended purpose is. Not sure of the other software out there that works similarly but it seems that the issues we have experienced will either become easier with use or will be improved in future releases. 

**What problems is OneShield ORM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better efficiency when accessing data in once place, however need more training for staff to fully utilize. As of now, customer service has been prompt and helpful when answering questions.
