we have used filetrac for 4 years now for all our files daily and it is an excellent system for the entire claims process, from keeping up with contacts and due dates. there is alot of useful tools, my favorite that saves a significant amount of time is you can create templates with "tokens" which will pull specific information (example: claim number, insured info, claim info, policy details, VIN: etc) from the claim file and practically automate reports. its also useful generating production reports and billing with keeping others up to date by sending text/email alerts within the diary notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the interface was tricky and pretty time consuming when first setting up our company within the system, but it has increased productivity significantly since, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like FileTrac. I think it has a lot of great qualities. I like how it lets you communicate within and outside your organization. It also assists in setting deadlines. It's also very easy to upload documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FileTrac is capable of generating documents automatically. I just wish that users could have their own option to upload templates that they want to use. I am able to upload my report and documents from my home office and everyone in my company and the companies that we do business with are able to see what I have uploaded and asked any questions that they may have. It is easy to click on the reports with any attachments I want to send with it and email to one or more people at a time.
