**What do you like best about Sonant AI?**

The system is very intuitive, and works effectively and efficiently to get calls where they need to go. Which enables our team to work on more value added tasks. The Support team helps to constantly revise our Agent to work in a custom way that fits our agency's needs.

We have seen the AI Agent occasionally go off script and not follow the use cases we have set up.

**What problems is Sonant AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we looked at our agency and what bottlenecks AI could solve. Handling incoming calls was the biggest glaring one. Sonant AI has solved that issue for us. We have seen calls get to the desired agent/department on the first try. Our clients are no longer just pressing random numbers on the calling tree to get to a human, to then have to be transferred 3 times.

**What do you like best about Sonant AI?**

Sonant has changed the way we process work as an agency. We are less reactive in our workflows now because Sonant is helping us process those reactive touchpoints in real time. Dozens of calls a day are processed by Sonant that used to be handled by real humans.

**What do you dislike about Sonant AI?**

Really no complaints. The only nice feature would be integration with carrier websites.

**What problems is Sonant AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are understaffed in our insurance agency. Sonant is allowing us to eliminate the reactive work that makes it nearly impossible to have an understaffed insurance service team.

Sonant ai has saved us from hiring a full-time position to answer the phone, it has allowed us to put that payroll expense into a licensed position.

**What do you dislike about Sonant AI?**

Set up was a little hard to begin with, but the team assisted and made the process easy!

**What problems is Sonant AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maddie, our AI, is answering our calls and transferring to a live person quickly.  She has enabled our team to continue to work without having to stop and start due to answering and transferring calls.
