&lt;p&gt;I haven&#39;t come across specific full-year breakdowns from any of these, but the concern you&#39;re raising sounds right, a reduction measured over a few months easily gets confused with seasonal variation rather than an actual behavioral or efficiency change. A real result should show up as a lower baseline in both a summer and a winter compared to the same season the year before, not just a lower number than an arbitrary earlier month, which is a much harder comparison for a facilities team to actually run and probably why so few reviews mention it explicitly.&lt;/p&gt;
