It can help teachers to understand who are lacking behind and help those students to learn and cope-up. Like every software, even oncourse lesson planner has some downsides. Oncourse Lesson Planner has a subscription plan which can be expensive for some schools. Also, training is required to navigate the software so it can be a little tough for first timers. Oncourse Lesson Planner does require a very good internet connection. I love the ability to quickly check my plans from previous years as well as collaborate on planning with my teammates through use of the sharing option. Sharing plans is truly the best! We are able to help keep each other on track as well as work smarter, not harder and reuse plans from year to year.
