What do you like best about Omnibees?

Definitely an easy managing tool for managers / executives monitoring Hotels. It is easy to download format, enabling employees to work from home. It is a decent software tool for hospitality. The simplicy enables users to learn about the software quickly. They also have great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnibees?

There are better competitors such as Travel Tripper or Windsurfer. They need constant updates to compete with their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Omnibees:

I used this product for around 6-8 months. It took a very short amount of time for me to get accustomed to the tools - if this is not the product for your business, venture into a different product that offers better tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnibees solving and how is that benefiting you?

They do not offer call center functionalities or RMS connectivities and a few other features that other softwares provide. They also lack centralized user & role management, and hopefully their updated newer versions will carry more important features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
