What I really like is how Omnia Retail is thinking ahead. They’re not just focused on optimizing what already exists, but are also investing in new developments to ensure the platform remains innovative and future-proof.

I’ve noticed that Omnia Retail has taken steps to address some of the limitations I mentioned earlier around analyzing longer historical trends. The dashboards have improved, making it easier to identify seasonality and structural shifts over time.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia Retail helps us manage and optimize our pricing strategies at scale. Before Omnia, it was difficult to keep up with market dynamics and competitor pricing in a structured way. Now, we have a centralized, flexible platform that allows us to set up pricing rules, respond to market changes quickly, and evaluate the impact of our decisions in real-time.

The software has helped us move from reactive to proactive pricing, and it saves time by automating processes we previously handled manually. Their dashboards help us monitor everything from individual product recommendations to the broader effects of pricing strategies. This has led to better decision-making and improved commercial performance.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

I appreciate the quick and friendly assistance we receive with questions, both from the support department and from our account manager. The tool offers comprehensive product matching, allowing us to receive a detailed report with all the prices available in the market. This enables us to observe many more price changes than before. The automatic integrations provided by Omnia Retail take a lot of work off our hands, as we don't have to create specific integrations ourselves. Additionally, direct scraping and Google Shopping scraping are used, which gives us better insight into market behavior. The initial installation of Omnia Retail was manageable. All these aspects make Omnia Retail a valuable product in our pursuit of dynamic pricing management.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

Omnia Retail is still struggling with scraping configurable or mix & match products, and products that have a 'starting from' price. The system often shows the lowest price, which is incorrect.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnia Retail to automatically match and report competitor prices, improving our insight into market prices without manual links. Direct scraping provides us with more price changes than before, which helps in planning dynamic pricing in the future.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

I really appreciate Omnia Retail for its exceptional customer support team that is involved and hands-on, providing helpful and swift responses whenever assistance is needed. The platform is highly flexible and powerful, making it suitable for building complex pricing strategies that meet our business requirements. Additionally, Omnia Retail significantly reduces the time and effort traditionally spent on trial and error, allowing me to focus more on the analytical aspects of pricing strategies. Its integration with our ERP system has been seamless, further enhancing our workflow efficiency. The initial setup of Omnia Retail was also very easy, making the transition from our semi-automatic, maintenance-heavy solution smooth and straightforward.

Scraping pricing data becomes more and more difficult and challenging. The quality of the data could suffer from this when only relying on Google Shopping for pricing data. For a retailer, the source of the data doesn't matter as long as it is accurate. There is a need to add direct scraping data to the general data sets as a default to ensure data quality for the long run.

I use Omnia Retail for price monitoring and repricing, ensuring price competitiveness while maintaining margins. It saves time, reduces trial and error, and allows focus on business analytics. The flexible platform supports complex pricing strategies with excellent, responsive customer support.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

The price monitoring gives us very valuable insights on our market performance. 
Great monitoring flexibility with different (pre-built) monitoring options for e.g. Google Shopping, idealo or Amazon, and additional customizable sraping for other marketplaces possible - I'm confident we don't miss any reseller activity thanks to the tool. 
Automated import and update of SKUs for monitoring via product feed is possible, with many additional functions we are not even using yet. 
Monitoring results are very reliable and the frequency can be adapted based on individual needs, e.g. temporarily for high discount season etc. 
Very extensive raw data exports available that can be sent to different data storage options where we save and further process data for dashboards based on individual needs. 
Our customer success manager provides great and very proactive consulting, always responds promptly and helps us with setting up more complex reports, exports etc. so that we can handle this tool easily with non-technical users.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

The built-in dashboards and filters are good for a quick overview or for looking into individual shops or single products, but could be more customizable for deep dives or more long-term development - this currently needs to be covered with exports and our own BI, but I see consistent development in the frontend.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia helps us to understand market dynamics & selling prices without having to do manual research. The insights are also great input for other disciplines that are not directly connected, e.g. Marketing Mix Modelling, Conversion Rate Optimization etc.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

The user interface is clear and easy to understand, and the scraping results are generally outstanding. With the help of Omnia University and, in particular the support of the employees (Suzanne!), it is pretty easy to set up everything yourself.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

Scraping products based on EAN is going very well, but scraping services (or in combination with products) is currently impossible. Hopefully, this will work soon!

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Dynamic Pricing part didn't work out for us, but it's not Omnia's fault. If you're considering the use of dynamic pricing, I can definitely recommend contacting Omnia. The Pricewatch section gives a lot of insight into the prices of our primary competitors and is an ideal tool for determining our own selling price.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

With Omnia, we don't have to scrape competitor prices ourselves and we can keep an eye on our partners who have a promotion. Next to that Omnia made our pricing strategy a lot easier with smart business rules based on input from our PIM. The analysis part of Omnia is also very nice to see if you prices are above or below market average and for how long that has been the case.

While working with Omnia, we really had a good relationship with our Customer Success Manager (Gorkem). He kept us up-to-date on all features and updates, provided us with warnings if an import from our side failed and helps where needed within the platform.

All together, we are very happy with Omnia all across the board.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

There are no downsides to Omnia for me atleast. Maybe they are a bit expensive for small businesses.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia is solving our problem of complex pricing strategy and working inefficient on pricing. With Omnia, pricing strategy is easy to implement and makes it a very efficient process.

I appreciate the straightforward and quick setup of Omnia Retail, which went smoothly with the help of an employee. I am particularly impressed by the automatic pricing, which solves the problem of having to adjust prices manually. This feature allows prices to be flexibly adjusted to competitive conditions and to be precisely set, for example, just one cent cheaper. The flexible pricing is a decisive factor that would lead me to purchase Omnia Retail again. Overall, all of this ensures that Omnia Retail is an exceptionally valuable solution for me.

The operation is simple and intuitive, and the support is always very helpful and friendly. The tool offers all the functions we need. We regularly use the tool for adjustments and the evaluation of the previous pricing strategy. Implementing new ideas is very easy. During the initial integration, customer service was there to assist us with advice and action.

Unfortunately, we have had multiple problems with time changes in the past.

With a large number of products (over 4,000), it is impossible to keep track of and manually manage the competitors' prices for all products. Omnia Retail offers the option to automatically and quickly respond to competitors' price changes by setting a minimum and maximum price once and defining a pricing strategy.

There are handful of points that I would like to review: 
1. Interface: The platform is easy to navigate and understand. I find it super straigtforward whenever I need to investigate prices on ad-hoc level. The set up is easy due to its practical design. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it something we utilize frequently to stay competitive in our pricing strategies
2. Dynamic pricing: Pricing is a dynamic subject, it is important that we are able to analyze, adjust and optimize our pricing strategy to be competitive in the market. This can be totally achieved with Omnia. There are several features within Omnia that can be used to cater to our needs.
3. Integration: So far the integration between Omnia and our internal system have been running smoothly with minimal disription.
4. Support: Omnia is responsive, knowledgable and always ready to support.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

Omnia gives us the opportunity to build and easily customize our pricing strategy, which we managed manually before using Omnia. It gives great insights in our competiton and it's helping us stay price competitive. Our Omnia team is always very helpful. They support is quick and friendly each time. In the beginning of our coorporation some features were not available in Omnia 2.0. The support team was always open for feedback and tried to help us find a different (custom) solution or included our wishes on the Omnia backlog. Looking forward to continue our partnership and to see the Omnia 2.0 tool being further optimized.

So far not really anything to dislike about Omnia.

We use Omnia for price monitoring and dynamic pricing for our online shop, marketplaces, experience center and store. We are competitively priced, keeping our wholesale dealers in mind. Managing our pricing strategy via Omnia is also more time efficient and it creates consistency across our channels.

What i find most helpful about Omnia Retail is that you have a dedicated account manager which is always available to schedule a call, send an email to and is just always available for questions. To have a dedicated account manager you can connect with and someone who comes by the office sometimes is in my opinion way more helpful than sending an email to general customer support.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

What i would consider least helpfull about Omnia Retail is that the offerings and capabilities within the platform is pretty set which makes it difficult for them to be able to fulfill requests. Sometimes when we have a request of a new feature, it is not possible for them to develop it unless a lot of users are needing this same feature.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the retail market there are so many competitors to consider when looking at pricing. The greatest difficulty is keeping track of what prices other competitors are asking for their products. By using Omnia, this problem is completely solved. 
By just letting them know what competitors you want to follow, they offer a great feed and platform that give the right insights to sharpen up your own pricing position within the market. The exports with pricing data also make it really easy to implement their data into your own dashboards and reports.

**What do you like best about Omnia Retail?**

We don't have to check the prices by hand. It's something we use everyday so I am very happy to have it. The prices comes in a perfect list. It's clear why the price is like this and it is always possible to change a rule when needed. I think we could do more with it but for now the basics are good! Also the support of Rara is very good. If we need something we just have to send an email. She always makes time for us as fast as possible by mail or calling. Great work!

The least helpfull is that it is not possible (yet) to see if a product is a promotion price for a week at the concuration website or a normal price. Sometimes we wouldn't like to go with a promotion price from the other website.
It's a little complicated to make something new in the trea by ourself but with teh help of Rara everything it works very good.

We have a good price recommendation of the same day. Before we had it just a day earlier. Now we can make changes directly and with the correct information. 
We don't have to check a lot by hand and it gives us more time.

What Omnia can do even better is personalizing accounts. For example, it is important to be able to offer different options in the pricing strategy for each customer. At the moment, the options for personalization are still somewhat limited.

i like the way it works it is very user friendly and easy to implement

It provides us a lot of insides about the retail market where are products are sold. We learn who are price leaders and followers in our market and this helpes us to get better knowlegde about the dynamics. Next to this we can better advice our customers to position our products into the market.

We offer a lot of products in the same range with a different EAN. This makes is for us a little more diffecult to track the prices. This is an branch issue, but it would we great if Omnia provide a solution were you could combine EAN's to one price point if they are the same for the samen product range.

**What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we got a lot of complains for customer that our products are sold for cheap prices online be spefic retailers. We found out that in most cases this is old sentiment and not the case for our newer products. We showing the customers that our prices are stable and can serve a fair and equal margin for everybody Omnia helps us to gain trust into the market.

Customer support is the top experience for me using Patagona, Milena Berdelsmann have been a great support and counter part during the past 6 month. The tool itself is also very easy to use and has the basic features that we are usually relying on for price crawling.

Omnia Retail offers a reliable tool with a lot of freedom to experiment with strategies and  has clear solutions to check the outcome of the strategies. Therefore you are able to make changes and adjustments by yourself and work very efficient. On top of that the excellent onboarding proces takes you through everything you need to know to start working on your own pricing strategies. If you have questions regarding formula's or possibilities the customer succes manager responds very quick with in our case good solutions. They also post interesting blog's with insights on different strategies which helped us with creating our own strategies.

**What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?**

It would be great to have more in-dept dashboard filtering and more types of comparison charts to get a quick glance of pricepoints for specific brands or product types. All this information is already availbable but it is spread acros different tabs and not easily comparable.

Omnia gives us insight in going prices and helps us with chosing acceptable price points making sure that our customers are not confronted with large price differences compared to competitors.

We can easily create strategies and logic to fulfill our specific demands. The best part of Omnia is that you can make the playground you wish to play in through dynamic pricing guidelines, strategies and spesific logics.

The complexity of the landscape is well known, so most dislikes are due to that. Some minor issues regarding data, scrapping etc., have been minor roadblocks.
The user interface can be adapted to welcome newer users better as well.

Omnia's most important solution is dynamic pricing done in an efficient manner. The benefit here allows companies like ours to simply plug their e-commerce setup into Omnia and then have it set up and done. This allows more prominent companies to not deal with a dynamic pricing setup of their own from scratch. In return, we receive the benefits of dynamic pricing, such as increased conversion, without the hassle of creating a system of itself.

This tool gives you a good overview of the website you want to check daily. It is nice that you get an email summary with the report and that it is in Excel. So you can add your data and compare the data.

It would be nice if the program could look even further than it does now. For example, if a website stands out because of discounts, it would be ideal to see how they trade everywhere online, Google shopping, Amazon and other marketplaces. That would make this tool even better!

It's not solving problems, but Omnia Retail can help us monitor online pricing within our industry. So it's a great help but solving is not something any program can do because it's out of your control.
