With Omnia, we don't have to scrape competitor prices ourselves and we can keep an eye on our partners who have a promotion. Next to that Omnia made our pricing strategy a lot easier with smart business rules based on input from our PIM. The analysis part of Omnia is also very nice to see if you prices are above or below market average and for how long that has been the case.
While working with Omnia, we really had a good relationship with our Customer Success Manager (Gorkem). He kept us up-to-date on all features and updates, provided us with warnings if an import from our side failed and helps where needed within the platform.
