What do you like best about Omnia Retail?

Omnia gives us the opportunity to build and easily customize our pricing strategy, which we managed manually before using Omnia. It gives great insights in our competiton and it's helping us stay price competitive. Our Omnia team is always very helpful. They support is quick and friendly each time. In the beginning of our coorporation some features were not available in Omnia 2.0. The support team was always open for feedback and tried to help us find a different (custom) solution or included our wishes on the Omnia backlog. What do you dislike about Omnia Retail?

What problems is Omnia Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Omnia for price monitoring and dynamic pricing for our online shop, marketplaces, experience center and store. We are competitively priced, keeping our wholesale dealers in mind. What do you like best about Omnia Retail?
