I dont have any dislike. I'm more happy with this new system.

I wish we we able to assign messages to specific staff members. This would make it easier to address specific messages from patients.

OhMD allows us to communicate with our patients faster. It eliminates phone tag.

We don't have to call the pt, but we can message them without playing phone tag.

I like everything about OhMD. There isn't anything I would change.

I like getting the pt's results to them in this manner because it's quick for our pt's busy lifestyles.

All the communication with clients is in one place whereas before we had to reference chart notes, emails, and texts.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

It functions best on the desktop version. We wish the mobile app were more up-to-date. Sometimes there is a lag with receiving messages from clients.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients we serve prefer texting over phone calls. We can confirm appointments and complete health screenings easily in a HIPAA compliant way.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

We love the broadcast text feature! We use it every day for upcoming appointment reminders, information confirmation, and reminders to schedule appointments. We also love the saved replies feature; it saves us a lot of time and keeps our communications consistent. The autopilot feature is convenient as well and is saving us and our patients time.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

We have problems now and then with our unread badges getting stuck. It would be nice to be able to clear those. We love the autopilot feature, but it would be nice if the #visit flow had an option for multi-doctor clinics that asked which doctor they'd like to see.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OhMD has been helpful when we need to get in touch with a lot of patients quickly. We're able to send mass broadcast texts when we have physician schedule changes or COVID policy updates that keep our patients up to date. Due to COVID, we've had slow weeks where it isn't easy to fill our schedule. OhMD makes it easier for us to fill our schedule by sending broadcast texts to patients who are due for appointments.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

1. It is a HIPAA Compliant Texting and Telehealth Platform. a must-have for the medical industry.
2.Two-Way Texting Platform, no need for App download, the text sent to patient's SMS.
3.Two-Way Texting Platform enables the fast way to set up a video call with a patient, send an invitation link via text message, direct to Safari for video 
    call ( no need for App download either)
4.ohMD has the easiest ways to obtain consent.
5. Fantastic customer service.

ohMD 's Mobile App can not initialize video calls, and it is web-based.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. To do telemedicine without patients to install App. 
2.To get consent in the easiest way.

NOTHING! It's literally the best system with no flaws.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

We can quickly communicate with our patients without them having to play phone tag. The forms have been a fantastic feature that has allowed patients to have the option to fill out paperwork in advance of their appointments.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

We have struggled with the care teams as we have to use the system a little different than designed to fit with the care model in the behavioral health setting as it is significantly different than the care model for a medical practice.

We are solving the issue of staff having to provide patient's their personal cell phone numbers and allows our staff not to have to answer text messages when they are off the clock. It also solves HIPAA compliance issues as it relates to texting patients.

Unparalleled customer service and access to help whenever you need it. The messaging is clear and user friendly. The team that helped us has been nothing short but incredible and went above and beyond.

The only thing so far would be that the desktop doesn't match the app. Desktop is better!

We needed a HIPPA compliant way of communicating with our patients. We were using our personam phones and needed a better system.

Our organization loves the ability to text our patients. The bidirectional communication is wonderful! The forms feature is very helpful and convienant. The tool is also very easy to use and the support from the team has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

Even though there are care teams, we wish there was a way for texts received to be shown only to the employee/care team who sent them. But other than that, we love everything about the product.

the ability to communicate with our patients. This has especially been helpful during COVID. It has helped us tremendously with vaccine outreach. We are able to communicate and engage with our patients very easily!

Difficult to get it set up due to obscure username and password assigned to me.

It makes it much easier to get j. Touch with my son’s therapist to reschedule appointments or bring something to his attention.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

I love the fact that all of the messaging is encrypted and completely compliant with healthcare privacy standards. Dealing with clinicians and making sure patient care is optimal is much easier with OhMD

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

There are outages frequently. Sometimes I would send messages and the clinicians would not receive them until hours later. 

**Recommendations to others considering OhMD:**

Use it. It's HIPAA compliant and extremely easy to use. Whatsapp and other encrypted messaging software do not cover the same bases with the BAA necessary to comply with patient privacy standards.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance. Under HIPAA privacy standards, we must never disclose any patient information under any electronic communication methods we use. OhMD solves that problem through its encryption process.
