**What do you like best about Odoo Appraisals?**

Odoo Appraisals is an excellent Odoo module for managing Employee Appraisals. It comes with Odoo ERM software; we can install it and use it. We can assess company's employees performance and give appraisal accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Appraisals?**

Odoo appraisal is a great application. But still, it needs some improvements, like the user interface and loading of the module. It takes bit longer time than usual.

**What problems is Odoo Appraisals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Odoo Appraisals to manage my employees' performance and assess them accordingly. I manage their hike and record it in Odoo Appraisals. We can set up periodical employee evaluations and set reminders for the managers.
