**What do you like best about OctopusPro?**

I like how comprehensive OctopusPro is. The scheduling and dispatching features make it easy to assign jobs and track technicians in real time. The built-in CRM keeps customer data, job history, and communication well organized, which improves follow-ups and customer service. I also appreciate the automation features for invoices, reminders, and notifications, as they save a lot of time.

I have been using Octopuspro's product for over a year now, and there wasn't any Issue until recently when the appointment scheduling suddenly stops working, and we contacted the support. The support were friendly and fast in solving the Issue, and that was a great and Impressive feat for me.

It's been a year plus that I have been using the product, so I still do not see anything bad with their service

**What do you like best about OctopusPro?**

I produce and record music.  Octopuspro has been revolutionary since it makes it simple for me to record all of my interactions with hundreds of potential customers and set up automated follow-up reminders to make sure I remain at the forefront of their minds.  reducing my anxiety and freeing up my mind so that I can concentrate on being creative.  Literally, I use it every day.
 When I recall their birthdays, family members, and every aspect of projects that they themselves forget, clients are shocked.
 In my opinion, its workflow is significantly better than that of any other CRM, and its graphical user interface is really intuitive.  Even those with far higher price points

**What do you dislike about OctopusPro?**

I honestly don't have any issues about Octopuspro, despite my best efforts to think it through.  They keep updating and fixing bugs, and their customer service is always prompt, kind, and takes care of any problems I have right away.

**What problems is OctopusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By keeping me in the forefront of prospective customers' minds, Octopuspro has more than doubled my revenue.  By generating reminders and keeping track of discussions in one handy location, it frees up my brain and reduces my worry without requiring any effort on my part to use the graphical user interface.

In my opinion, Octopuspro offers the finest user experience out of all the CRMs I've tested. This system is really easy to use since, although we paid a business to set it up for us, I was able to figure out where to make adjustments on my own.

**What do you dislike about OctopusPro?**

The help we received from the team when I needed some things done was Intriguing and that has made me to be a consistent user of this system. Therefore, I don't have any thing against Octopuspro.

**What problems is OctopusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been really challenging for us to keep track of all of our leads and follow-up correspondence utilizing Google Sheets. No contact history is visible to us, and no data is updated automatically. Instead of wasting hours trying to figure out what we should be doing, Octopuspro will free us up to concentrate on the things we need to be doing. In order to avoid double contacting, it also enables our entire organization to know who else has gotten in touch with a client.

Field Service has a lot of capabilities, but it's really extensive.  You can get yourself into a difficult situation that is costly to escape if you don't have the correct implementation partner and SMEs in the business put in the necessary time.

**What do you dislike about OctopusPro?**

To me, I don't think there is anything to dislike about Octopuspro yet. The support team are fast and responsive which is a great edge for us. We will frequently use this service and we recommend them.

**What problems is OctopusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Field Service, we were all on paper. This tool provides a map view of the locations of all our foremen crews, allowing our superintendents and other administrative staff to better plan out our guys' workloads. We have also implemented custom solutions to estimate the cost and revenue of the work we are doing, allowing our management teams to make informed decisions in real time.

I can keep organized and on top of everything with its aid, from managing opportunities to tracking leads. I also love the support, and the way it's very easy to use and Integrate. This has made me a frequent user of this product.

The intricacy of customizing is one aspect of Octopuspro that I dislike. Although it's fantastic that you can customize the platform to meet your specific requirements, it does take some time and skill to truly get it to work with your workflow.

We are working with Octopuspro to establish a central location for all of our client correspondence. In order to keep a continuous record of all our communications, Octopuspro is assisting us in combining everything that we previously had in one location—our individual phones and emails.

Being a Software company, we also needed the service of FSM, and thus we searched online and found Octopuspro. Our field service was effectively managed by this product as there was ease of use and Implementation, we didn't have to bother whenever there was an Issue with the software, we easily reached out to the support which they responded with swift response.

We started using Octopuspro less than a year now, and so far, it has been nothing short of great service! We have decided to continually use them for a while.

The most helpful thing I found about OctopusPro is it brings everything together in one place. Real-Time scheduling and dispatching. Invoicing and Payments. Life is easier and has saved a ton of time.

Some of the customization isn't flexible enough.

It's been really helpful for our mobile sales team to keep up with customers including job history and communication logs. It's been amazing for our field reps where they can create a quote on the spot and send them to the customer.

Is an excellent app and we can access to it through our favorite internet browser from anywhere, anytime and the best of all, even offline, no many apps offer the working offline feature, octopuspro also provides a mobile application which make it a software so much portable, they offer a free trial and also many premium plans who fix for small and big teams as well, the starting price is very ship, so you do not need to pay a big amount of many per month for 1 to 5 users, octopuspro also counts with an integrated payment system, very easy to set up, and the best thing is that we can work with multiple currencies

**What do you dislike about OctopusPro?**

The process of setup takes a little more longer than what I expected to, there are so many advanced features and that is why it takes so much time to configure it, about the calendar we are very satisfied about it, but we could be better is they could add a drag and drop function to it

**Recommendations to others considering OctopusPro:**

I highly recommend this software, billing and management invoices is more easier with this app, their features are really great and advanced, it would help you reduce your costumer management and operational costs, it provides a pretty good service to your clients and they would be happier, I can assure you this can be a very useful tool for your company even if you have and small or big team

**What problems is OctopusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love the way we can track our invoices with octopuspro, we are so much organized about that, the calendar is so great and we can have a full view of our incoming payments and past due payments, we are pretty happy so far it works pretty well for us, managing online payments is so much easier now, they offer different ways of online payments which is great
