"Observe.AI Brings Clarity to Customer Support Conversations"
4/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What I like about Observe.AI is that it helps teams understand what’s really happening in customer support conversations, rather than relying only on call volumes or basic performance reports. In organisations where service desks or contact centres handle a high volume of enquiries, it can be hard to spot repeated issues when everything has to be reviewed manually.

From an IT operations management perspective, I can see how it’s relevant for teams that provide customer facing technical support or work closely with a contact centre. Conversation insights can surface recurring complaints and communication gaps that may need deeper investigation. Overall, it gives managers an additional source of information to use when assessing service quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

The platform is primarily geared toward contact centre operations, so it isn’t a substitute for tools used to monitor servers, manage incidents, or track IT service requests. How much value it delivers really depends on the type of support environment the organisation runs. I’d also want the reporting to slot into existing operational reviews and routines, rather than creating extra work for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable conversation intelligence and Auto QA that scales across 100% of interactions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What stands out most is the automated QA and speech analytics capability. Instead of sampling just a tiny fraction of calls manually, the transcription accuracy and sentiment detection allow our team to evaluate 100% of customer interactions. It makes identifying compliance risks, coaching opportunities, and recurring customer pain points significantly faster and data-driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Transcription accuracy still struggles when dealing with heavy regional accents, noisy background environments, or domain-specific technical jargon. Because downstream automated scoring depends heavily on the transcript, noisy audio can occasionally trigger false positives in QA scorecards. Additionally, initial rubric calibration and moment configuration take substantial upfront engineering and operations time to tune properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What I like best about Observe.AI is its ability to automatically analyze customer conversations and provide actionable insights. The platform makes it easier to monitor call quality, identify coaching opportunities, and track performance trends through intuitive dashboards. It helps reduce manual review efforts and improves overall visibility into customer interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

While the platform provides valuable insights, some reporting and dashboard customization options could be more flexible. New users may also need some time to become familiar with all available features and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation with Room for Enhanced Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like Observe.AI's ability to analyze customer conversations and provide insights that improve support quality and team performance. The automation, analytics, and easy-to-understand reporting make it simple to identify patterns and issues, which helps in improving customer support quality. These features reduce the time spent on manual reviews and quickly surface useful insights. The initial setup was straightforward with a smooth onboarding process, and it integrates well with our existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, especially for finding specific insights and navigating large amounts of conversation data. Some reports and analytics could also be more customizable, and better integration options with other development and business tools would make the platform even more useful. I would like to see more flexibility in customizing dashboard reports and analytics based on specific team requirements. Better API support for easier setup with third-party tools, more ready-made connectors, and improved documentation and configuration options would make integrations easier to manage. What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like how Observe.AI provides AI-powered insights that make it easier to monitor and analyze customer interactions, evaluate agent performance, and identify areas for improvement. It helps me reduce the time needed for manual reviews and makes it easier to understand customer feedback. The user-friendly interface is a big plus, allowing for quick access to conversation data and identification of key trends. The accurate insights and ease of use in quality monitoring and coaching make the process more efficient. The initial setup was straightforward with an intuitive interface, and I appreciate the improved automation and actionable insights that help in performance tracking. Overall, I’m impressed with how Observe.AI brings together conversation insights with our existing workflow, enhancing efficiency and making performance monitoring more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I find that the accuracy of AI-generated insights in some complex conversations could be improved. I would also like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards, along with faster navigation when reviewing a large number of interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Customer Service Calls with a Reliable Voice AI Agent"
5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

It nice to have it as support for the people who work in customer service. It helps a lot to handle the calls and get notes faster of the problems. The interface works more easily, and the voice AI agent works well for predictable interactions with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Well, the data analysis needs to be improved. Another improvement is that when the chatbot detects the client's request, it needs to be carefully reviewed because it can make errors in scheduling or in identifying potential and important problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Real-Time Call Support, but Suggestions Need More Context"
4/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like that Observe.AI provides real-time support during customer calls, helping me find answers quickly, follow the correct procedures, and handle difficult interactions with more confidence. I value the real-time agent assistance and automated call summaries. It simplifies call documentation, saves me time on repetitive tasks, and helps me improve my performance as a call center agent. The initial setup was relatively easy, the basic features were straightforward to learn, and the onboarding helped me understand how to use Observe.AI during customer interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I find that real-time suggestions could be more accurate and relevant, especially during complex conversations. Sometimes it takes extra time to find the right information, and a suggestion may fit one part of the conversation but not the customer’s actual concern. I’d like recommendations to take the full conversation context into account, update as the conversation evolves, and prioritize the most relevant information from approved knowledge sources. "Automated QA and Coaching, Despite Setup Hurdles"
4/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like that Observe.AI provides 100% quality assurance and automated scoring, so it monitors all calls instead of relying on small manual samples and audits. It helps with actionable coaching and analytics, giving managers and supervisors targeted feedback and a way to track representative performance over time. It also helps identify compliance risks and knowledge gaps faster, saves team capacity, improves agent onboarding and training times, and helps maintain higher CSAT scores. I find the interface intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate when analyzing conversation trends and transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I sometimes notice transcription variations when there’s background noise, a heavy accent, or overlapping talk, though it’s not every time and I can still figure out what was said when I read it. Setting up and customizing scorecards and workflows takes upfront time. I’d like pre-built scorecard templates for common call types, a more accessible logic builder for creating custom rules and triggers, and guided onboarding steps in the portal. Right now, I have to contact support or search the knowledge base to learn how to set things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves ton of time on QC monitoring and customer tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

To be honest, what I like most is that it automatically transcribes and grades basically 100% of our customer calls. Before this, we were only randomly sampling a couple of calls here and there, and it didn’t give us the full picture at all. Now we have real visibility into the issues customers are actually facing when they’re dealing with our products. On top of that, the sentiment analysis feature is really helpful for spotting friction points early in our onboarding funnel, so we can adjust our operations before things get messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I’d say the main thing is that setting up very specific compliance rules or mapping out really complex customer workflows takes a good bit of effort initially. The plain-English AI tool they have does help, but when you have products with lots of tiny operational details that change fast, you still have to spend some time fine-tuning things so the AI doesn't flag false alarms during compliance checks. Also, the UI can feel a tiny bit laggy sometimes when you are trying to pull up heavy reports real quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Observe.AI Makes It Easy to Understand Call Effectiveness and Improve Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I really love this one, Observe.AI aids me in comprehending the effectiveness of my calls without manually reading each one. I can easily identify what I've done right, what I should do better, and what I should do differently the next time I have a customer conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

The only thing I don't like about Observe.AI is that some of the suggestions and ideas need to be reviewed before I can take action on them. While it can be a great help to understand the conversations between customers, I find getting up to speed with the platform's interface can also take time, and locating specific call details or reports isn't always as easy as I'd like.
