What problems is O4S solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Previously, we were partnered with more than 3 vendors who managed the rewards redemption process. Different partners had different terms and conditions which we had to agree upon. After parenting with O4S, we had to deal with just one vendor, and not care about anything else.
2. They helped us create our first digital campaign for our channel partners and helped us explore the vast opportunities in the digital ecosystem.
3. With their solution, we are able to reach out to more channel partners which was not possible previously.
