**What do you like best about Nurture CRM?**

We are now able to manage fee collection tasks much more efficiently through automation. The service team has been exceptionally supportive, providing timely assistance whenever needed. It's comparatively very easy to use too. It was easy to switch and implement too.

**What do you dislike about Nurture CRM?**

Since the fee collection reminder is triggered every 30 days, we have to make some adjustments at the end of each month to avoid sending early reminders. It would be helpful if there were an option to set a specific date each month for sending automatic reminders. Additionally, we have students from abroad for whom we use alternative methods to collect fees. For such cases, having the option to integrate international payment gateways like PayPal would be very beneficial.

**What problems is Nurture CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Outpace, the fee collection process is managed by Nurture CRM, and it is doing a great job.It has reduced our workload, made fee collection easier, and simplified the process of sending reminders
