**What do you like best about nShift?**

It's very easy to add new senders, carriers, edit templates and add other setup in the system. We have customAn wide spread of carriers availible for seamless implementation.Managing customization is easy and there are many ways to easily solve customer requirements without having to get expensive consulting hours. The support team is very helpful and put in the extra effort to give the customer a good experience.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

When a support case needs to be directed from support to dev departments it can be more difficult to get status updates on progress.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nShift is one of our three most important transactions systems - where we create shipments and send booking and EDI to our carriers.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

At my work we only use consignor for printing lables, look ups for PickUp Points and validate adresses.
So we use only a little, little, bit of the product.
We manage the installation by our self so we can do what we need without nShift support.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

In the beginning we had personal contacts that could help us with our problems. But now we have to go through servicedesk for everything.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my work we only use consignor/nShift for printing lables, look ups for PickUp Points and validate adresses.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

That it is connected to the Danish postal service Post Nord and makes it easy for us to print packing labels for our customers.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

It is not that intuitive, but it's difficult to say what could be improved in this regard.

The possibility to print packaging labels.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

Its pretty easy to use, its intuitive. We use it every day and rarely have any issues. When we have small issues customer support are quick to respond and help out. When we have bigger issues though it can be a bit problematic. If we schedule time with nShift the implementation is quick and painless. Theres just enough features to make sure we get the things we need to get done are done in a good matter. I dont know enough about the integration part to speak on that.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

The XML file is annoying to work with. The customer support can be slow if theres a major issue.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our EDI management is going through nShift and the software itself is good.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

Possibilities of extending to multiple solutions and having everything within one platform. Within this platform it is easy to navigate and they're working towards a tooling where you can customise a lot yourself, no need to reach out to customer service anymore.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

nShift will have to move faster in developing new products to keep up with competition. Feels like a startup at times.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Becoming fully paperless within the return process and extending our return data online for better analysis to use for business decissions.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

nShift offers a great solution for handling multiple carriers easily. The high level of self-service makes it easy to onboard new carriers and addon services. Everything is backed up with detailed online documentation and well designed APIs. Have used their services for more than 12 years now.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

Not much not to like with nShift. Maybe the GUI could be a bit more intuitive and utlize the screen width better but we mostly work with APIs.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ONE integration to our internal systems gives us access to multiple carriers in a standardized way. This gives us high level of uptime, good data quality and very little administration.

With nShift we are enabled to provide the flexibility that customers expects nowadays.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

The integration into the nShift platform is not always compliant and aligned with the carrier integration in the backend.

nShift helps to provide a platform to easy connect to multiple carriers.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

Being able to create and track all of our shipments in one place. The customer service we recieve is very quick and thorough.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

The different terms can sometimes be confusing when first explained, such as actors.

**What problems is nShift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It resolves us needing to train users on several carrier systems, and allows our customer service to be able to track all shipments via one portal login.

**What do you like best about nShift?**

It was very complicated to change the company on the invoice, it took a very long time

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

There is a very complicated procedure for invoicing. Make it ease for use.

I had a problem with the invoice there was a wrong name on it and so I turned to customer service for help to change the name of the company.

Easy to communicate with and quick to answer if any problems reoccur

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

In the past we have been experiencing some issues with downtime with our delivery checkout when nShift do internal changes or due to an release. This has later on been sorted out and well communicated during the incident

Fallback or any problems with our delivery checkout

The team we work with are responsive and helpful when we need help.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

The ticketing system is very slow and doesn't seem to work that well.

Making it easier for customers to make returns and also helping us to introduce innovative solutions (e.g. pre-approving returns).

Very stable with very low downtime. A support that is very effective and helpful.

**What do you dislike about nShift?**

The rollout of the new GUI. It's a mix of new and old and I'd love to see either or.

Nshift removes all integration with carriers and makes it easy and flexible to add new carriers and services etc
