The voting function was also very smooth in choosing the best proposals. **What do you dislike about Nosco?** Some interactions on idea sharing seemed taxing to do in real-time. It was not very friendly for expanding ideas collectively. This made it practically challenging for teams to develop ideas beyond the concept formation stage. **What problems is Nosco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Nosco, new ideas can be put forth by the employees regularly and it is a useful tool to encourage creativity. This causes it to be inconvenient when trying to have a conversation, reflecting on what the other person said and preparing a response. **What problems is Nosco solving and how is that benefiting you?** I introduced Nosco to learn how it modifies the procedures of capturing and organizing the genesis of ideas. It has solved the problem of having all brainstorming documents and ideas in various emails and the flow of emails with many ideas. ### 3.
