Customer support responsive is less. I would like to be able to highlight in different colors other than yellow. Other market-leading software sometimes offers much less, and it is quite complicated to "find the right way". It used to be important to me that Nitro had lifetime purchase licenses - unfortunately, that's no longer the case, as there are now only subscription systems. However, these are more affordable than those of the market leader. **What do you dislike about Nitro PDF?** There is really nothing, I am completely satisfied! P.S.: I am not an advertising account, but a completely normal (business and private) user. **What problems is Nitro PDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Editing PDFs here is very easy - I often use the functions erase, convert, extract, sign, ask for signature, and of course inputting new text into an existing PDF. After running a software update on Nitro Pro, it broke Windows 11. I first noticed that my laptop would automatically reboot multiple times a day. It turns out it was getting a critical error and crashing due to Nitro Pro. It would not allow me to run Command Prompt as an administrator, I couldn't open File Explorer, the Task Bar was not functioning (I could not select from multiple instances of applications), it broke Excel, and my cursers couldn't even reach all areas of my displays. The glitches that a simple PDF software update caused were ridiculous. It took hours of troubleshooting with my IT department to realize that Nitro was the culprit. I reported the issue to Nitro, and they were already aware that it was a known issue! Nonetheless, they continue pushing out the new version. They had me uninstall, reinstall, change settings, etc. multiple times. Finally, I insisted on a refund. They agreed, stating, "If you encounter any issues, we are more than happy to process the refund on your behalf". After deactivating and uninstalling the program, I asked them to proceed with the refund. Now, they're refusing to give the refund and asking for my help to do additional troubleshooting on their program that caused so many issues.
