The service proved to be successful even among very large companies (retail, telecom, banks), which have well-established departments dedicated to push notifications. During the pilot testing, the service showed a significant increase in key metrics (Retention, Conversions, Revenue, etc.) within just a month. The simple and fast integration allowed us to launch testing in just a few days. After several months of work, we haven't encountered a single company that was dissatisfied with the results. **What do you dislike about NGrow?** The only minor issue we faced with nGrow was our partners' desire to have the service available on demand within their company's network. The automated testing of messages makes the experience nearly hands-free for the user! Plus, the dashboard is very user friendly and easy to track performance of segments and messages. **What do you dislike about NGrow?** Some limitations with precise scheduling. There does seem to be a solution for this but at this time, it's more of a manual process from the user. It would also be great if this platform was more integrated with our app to send communications based on trigger events and to gather additional app retention insights directly related to push notifications. **What problems is NGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform allows us to test mass segments and messages more quickly than we were able to in the past. We can now pinpoint the best-performing messages and apply these techniques accordingly. ### 6. We seriously improved our user retention and order conversions and at the same time reduced 80% of manual work. **What do you dislike about NGrow?** I think the only feature that’s missing is the ability to create a manual push delivery schedule for some users. For example, if we wanted to target a specific cohort with a promo offer and manually send them a one-off message without automated scenarios. **What problems is NGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Ngrow for re-engagement and to improve our retention rates. More detailed reports of campaign progress. Most of the jobs are automated (ie scheduling, triggers, A/B testing) so our manual tasks are now pretty much limited to uploading new push messages to the platform.
