Over the years we've had to do a few complete migrations of WooCommerce stores, which entails products, orders, customers, coupons, reviews and more.

Anyone who's tried to use one of the various plugins out there know this is a very hit or miss process, with so many variables, data types, and things that can go wrong, and a lot of poorly written plugins with little support.

We deiced to give Next Cart a try on a mission critical E Commerce site that had 30k + customers and 50k+ orders, with complex custom fields and meta data.

We used Next Cart VIP Concierge service where THEY handle the migration for you (after a few missteps trying it ourselves).

I can't recommend going this route enough if you have any kind of complexity to your store. There were a few issues even in their migrations, but they stuck around until the end, constantly there for support around the clock (you can literally reach them 24/7) , as we had some urgent time critical things that needed to be handled ASAP.

They respond quickly, and they stick by you to make sure everything is 100% the way you want it, and if it isn't, they'll fix it!

Some of the steps are not documented well, particularly how to to map fields, restart a failed migratoin, etc. These things matter if you try to use Next Cart self serve, but not as important if you use their VIP concierge and let them handle the migration for you. The platform has incredible customer support as it assists users in answering questions or resolving technical problems they may encounter when navigating around the platform. Truly the platform is a lifesaver as it has helped users save their day by sparing them the problem of moving their online store. Next-cart saved a day in my life by preventing me from doing a hassling job of moving my online store. There existed some hiccups to be sorted out, which maybe needed improvement. At the beginning it all felt a bit like a clumsy klutz, having to experiment until I get the grip of it. There were a few places where the data translation was not 100 percent correct, in which case I had to carry out minor adjustments on my part. Tracking of daily sales and management of payments is easy.

User friendliness of the software which makes it easier to manage online stores with less or no technical support.

Intuitive, fast, unique. This app is fantastic, definitely the best I've experienced. I bought the VIP subscription and I got a perfect support to migrate my store from an old version of Virtuemart to Shopify.
