Nexis and its products worked exactly like I was hoping. I was concerned about my credit report and possible fraud connected to my name/account...I wanted to learn more about what was provided on the returned report, so happy about the use and Nexis ability to mail me the results. Sometimes the Nexis support team is not able to help me with a request.

For example, if I have two requests that I need to search for, the system automatically adds the first request to the second one. In order for me to fix this, I have to log off and then log on again. sometimes it's not 100% updated and it takes some time for new news articles to enter the search. also, it would be amazing if Nexis articles could link out to the original if i need to cite it somewhere because i can't cite nexis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
