I felt like the process took way too long. I was under the impression that credit reports would be mailed out relatively quickly...maybe I'm just impatient but it took at least a month or longer to ever receive anything back from Nexis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the Nexis support team is not able to help me with a request. For example, if I have two requests that I need to search for, the system automatically adds the first request to the second one. In order for me to fix this, I have to log off and then log on again. When I asked a customer rep about this, they were not able to help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
