"Effective and User-Friendly Document Management for Attorney Offices"

What do you like best about NetDocuments?

My company transitioned over about a year ago. I have found that once you get over the learning curve, it is a very effective program for attorney's offices. Documents are easy to save, adding files not complicated, and moving or copying into other files very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetDocuments?

If you are working with discovery documents, it is very time consuming to rename, move or copy copious amounts of documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Taxonomies, Profiling, and PatternBuilding Automations That Boost Our Practice"

What do you like best about NetDocuments?

I find the ease by which I can refine data through taxonomies and profiling. I also like PatternBuilding automations. That's greatly benefited our practice groups, especially trusts and estates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetDocuments?

The outages and ndMAX has been a disappointment. It is one of our most expensive products in our technology stack. ndMAX has been a great disappointment. Definitely not worth the money, at least not up to this point. Please note that screenshot of my log-in was unable to upload after many attempts. I was told that I should wait a few minutes but it never worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
