We understand that the mobile app has it's challenges, such as when you place a call on the cellular network it's very dependent on the signal you're receiving to and from the cell tower. **What do you like best about net2phone?**

The most helpful thing about net2phone has been Mark--the Customer Success Account Manager we have been working with. He has helped to take our account to meet every need we ask for. We are a nonproft orgaanization that dpends on speaking daily with our community members and net2phone is helping to make this possible. I enjoy the option of call recording and that there will be an option for whisper-tone in the future!

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

I dislike that I have to delete voicemails one by one and that the browser version occassionally freezes. If there was a software version to download I'm sure it would eliminate many of the issues we have as we mainly use the browser version.

**What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our system was not set up to fulfill the needs of our customer support organization, and now we have it set up to track the type of inbound and outbound calls we have, turned on call recording, created a phone tree system that actually makes sense with an English and Spanish option, and are looknig into phone options for the rest of our taffers as well.

**What do you like best about net2phone?**

Customer services is fantastic and they have been a great help during the pandemic. They answer questions in a timely manner and I have been in contact with people in the organization to assist in providing training material to our users. Our rep at Versature is on the ball when dealing with renewals of our contract and goes the extra mile to make sure that our needs have been met.

I took on the admin role a little over a year and a half ago and was expecting a steep learning curve on learning the system, but after about an hour of digging through the system, I was pleasantly surprised to the fact that I had pretty much mastered it so that I could carry on with more pressing tasks.

I like that in my time here Versature has not once failed, and I can come in the office and never have to worry about Versature being on my radar. 

Also their support team has been great, when one of our phones died on use we had a replacement delivered to the office by the next day already configured and ready to go, all I had to do was plug it in and wait until is started up.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

No admin access to the hardware makes troubleshooting network issues troublesome at times. Other than that there aren't many complaints if any.

**Recommendations to others considering net2phone:**

If you want a reliable, no hassle service, this is probably the company to go with. Their costs have been lower than the alternatives that I have looked into. I have not once had any issues with the service or the support. You could shop around, and you might find something cheaper, or something better, but you won't find anything for this price with this much value.

**What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the pandemic we've been been given perks without asking for them, this has helped our business along to minimize the impact it's had on us.

**What do you like best about net2phone?**

There are a ton of great features with versature phone systems. You can have multiple business lines and different phone messages (On hold, after hours etc) for each business line. Plus calling phone to phone internally is also awesome.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

The only thing i dislike and since it is over the internet, if the internet is out or really choppy, the phones dont work great.

We solved having really expensive and multiple bills with Bell. All the Benefits i listed above were solved.

**What do you like best about net2phone?**

Customer Service - We are a very large Dermatology practice that had a horrible experience with a different phone vendor prior to switching to Net2Phone.  The decision to change vendors was hard for our company and Net2phone because we asked for so many exceptions based upon our bad experience with our other vendor.

From the very first encounter through the transition, Net2phone has been exceptional!  Lou DiMuzio, the President and Catelyn, the On-boarding specialist, gave us a seamless transition as promised.  They ported over 80 lines within a few hours with very few glitches - their communication with our IT team was great and they all worked together to make it happen quickly.  We literally did about 30 days worth of planning in less than 3 days and they still executed the change beautifully.

We are still fairly new with the system.  After my initial training, I was introduced to Sam Weisbuch, our Customer Success Manager.  He is beyond amazing!  Not matter what time of the day or night I contact him, he always makes himself available.  I love that he not only makes changes for me but also teaches me along the way.  He has truly made every effort to make us successful and he is a pleasure to work with.  In my opinion, customer service makes ALL the difference!  You can have the very best company in the world but if you have poor customer service, the value of the company itself isn't properly reflected to the people involved.  Net2Phone has outstanding Customer Service and the highest of integrity.  When we decided to make the transition, Lou, the President, promised me that he would take care of us and ensure a positive experience and he absolutely kept his word.

Net2Phone has relieved a tremendous amount of stress from our business and we will be eternally grateful!  Their system is very user friendly and everything can be managed through their portal.  I can update extension numbers, check recordings or most anything else right from my cell phone.  It's so nice to know if I leave the office without turning my phones over to night service, I can just login to the portal and it's done, that easy.  I can have my voicemails sent to my email or cell phone.  The possibilities are endless, their technology is very advanced.

Time Management - with our past vendor, we spent hours upon hours making small changes such as moving extension numbers.  With Net2Phone, I make these changes through the portal in less than 5 minutes.

Convenience - It is so nice being able to access voicemails and the portal at anytime for anywhere.  I can be on vacation and make changes to my phone system.

Support - They offer a wonderful support team and they have great follow up.  They're always available if you need them and they are very patient and understanding during the transitional  process.

**What do you like best about net2phone?**

Versature is a robust VOIP service provider, offering cross-platform options for connectivity. Whether I am working remotely or in-office, I can choose the Versature answering rules that suit me best. The mobile call forwarding feature turns my extension into a mobile extension on the go! In-office, I can rely on either the desk handset, or online Sonar application for web-based calls using PC microphone and headphones.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

As of yet, I have no poor experiences with Versature's service offering. Their dedicated customer service team has seamlessly managed any troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently, and their sales team actions all new action items with minimal turnaround time!

**Recommendations to others considering net2phone:**

If you are looking at a fully integrated VOIP service, Versature is what you are looking for. They offer comprehensive user bundles, virtual-only users, call forwarding, and services for all business needs.

COVID-19 has greatly impacted our workforce, forcing many to work remotely from their homes. With Versature, our mobile workforce can continue to use their existing office extensions while on the go - be it at home or on the road! The voicemail to text feature comes in incredibly handy for quickly reviewing messages.

Academy doesn't have all the answers but Net2Phone is committed to making it better. If you can't find an answer, the phone support is always there.

Lack of automation with our previous phone system. Now we have multiple auto attendants, call queues and have been able to customize phone setting for each user.

VOIP system with great customer service. We have recommended Versature to 3 different companies in our building who now currently use their services.  Calls are clear and we are satisfied with the company.

Issues with app receiving calls however remotely working has been a learning process so this is not limited to the experience with Versature.

**Recommendations to others considering net2phone:**

I had a company call me for a refence from somewhere in BC for Versature. The company is great at customer service and technical help. Prices are fair as well.

Updating our plan to include conference calling has been extremely beneficial to the WFH time.

They are easy to get a hold of and make any changes to the system. Also the system is very stable and reliable.
In the very rare case of issues they will notify us by email when they know of the issue and when its resolved.

We have not had any problems that have not been fixed right away.
Don't really have any dislikes with the services.

I dont think you would be let down by the service or products.

We had an extremely old LAN line system that was constantly breaking down. Moving to an internet based system helped with all those issues.
Then when working from home it was extremely helpful during covid. We would have not been able to at all without it.

There are no downsides to using Versature, it has only made communicating with our clients and co-workers easier!

We use the queue feature and find the web platform great for tracking calls.  Also like how easy it is taking calls remotely on cell phones via the app when  needed.

1)  Unable to transfer calls to another extension,
2) when someone called into the office phone, it didn't ring, was an open line  and on speaker.  therefore I would heatr someone saying hello rather than a ring tone..

Getting our IVR set was a challenge but they did an amazing work and assisted us every step of the way. Consistent, solid and reliable telephony services.

The common error is to downplay our business needs because we think less options means less costs. Plan your wildest scenario and discuss it their specialists.

Prompt service, price (compared to using Bell), being able to use Sonar and all the features available.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

This is nothing to do with Versature, but a VOIP system is affected by our internet.  We use Rogers, If Rogers internet goes down for any length of time we are without phones (unless we can forward it).

Try it - you'll like it

**What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is cost.  We were using Bell  and when we switched to Versature a few years ago, the cost of phone service went down by 2/3rds.
We can select who we want to answer the phones.  We can see call history.

Support is immediate and very friendly and easy to talk to.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

This is a managed service and I like having a hands on approach to solve issues and configure option without having to call support for the simple things, but like I said it is a managed service and thats what you pay for.

**Recommendations to others considering net2phone:**

The support, when required is outstanding. I have waited for support from other companies and there has been an 8 hour turn around. This is generally within minutes.

**What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to host our own PBX switch and have done away with the costs of ownership including maintenance and managment.

Only improvement would be Improved clarity around rules for free international calling. Like in certain countries cellphones are not covered.

It would be great if we could call a larger area of the province without long-distance charges, however most of our business is right in Toronto.

We've had regularly issues with net2phone. You don't want regular issues with your phone provider. In addition, their support is spotty at best, often either unavailable or unable to get to the bottom of issues.

If you don't need reliability and support, you won't find a cheaper SIP provider.

I like that the phones are easy to use, I like the features to be able to edit the call queue and directories online, I love the voicemail-to-text (via e-mail) and the customer service is awesome. I love that they are a local company (like us) which is nice.

I really can't say that I dislike anything with this service. Truly they are top notch!

I would recommend to make a list of all the lines you require and all of their access passwords etc so as to not lose track of all of your users. And setup call recording!

The ability to scale is key. We've been able to easily add lines every time we hire a new employee which saves me a lot of headache.

**What do you like best about net2phone?**

The hosted platform is the easiest to manage and modify. I've enjoyed using it over the past 3 years and the feature set has only grown, with the costs staying the same. Versature recently added Transcribed Voicemail to Email. It's worked pretty well. I can make/take calls from my extension and using the Bria app which can be purchased or paid monthly. I can also have the calls ring simultaneously at my desk and app which I can transfer to other users at my company. Call quality has been stellar and their support have always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about net2phone?**

I do not have anything bad to say about their service. The minor hiccup with static on the lines have been resolved each time and the ability to manage call queues, wait times, on hold music have been upgraded in their SONAR platform, making management an easy task.

**Recommendations to others considering net2phone:**

If you are looking for a platform that over performs your expectations, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Versature.

**What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company users can work from home, make/take calls from our office number and even be in a call queue while at different locations. I can have multiple numbers in different cities with a low cost, including fax to email services. I literally solved my cost and service related issues by going with Versature. If I would have found them before signing with Bell 5 years ago, the cost savings would have been tremendous from having a physical infrastructure.
