What do you like best about Neostella?

As TorHoerman Law grows in size and case complexity, we needed a staffing partner that could scale with us. What do you like best about Neostella?

What I like the most about Neodeluxe is the Neostella organization that stands behind it. Everybody from the frontline technical support team through account management, and even up to the CEO are focused on serving client needs with urgency and integrity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neostella?

This is not a complaint, just an observation. Many of the tools available in the suite are technical in nature and might require extra handholding from the automations team at Neostella. This is nobody's fault. These are powerful tools that require basic understanding of data and business process.

What do you like best about Neostella?

We partnered with Neostella to address a major gap in our tech stack—Filevine’s lack of a true local drive and seamless two-way sync. From the very start, Neostella stood out. As soon as I reached out, Branden personally called me that same day, and it was clear we’d found a team that understood the urgency of our needs. Their solution was exactly what we’d been searching for, and we signed up right away.

What do you dislike about Neostella?

While our overall experience with Neostella has been positive, I want to be candid about one aspect. When we first connected with Neostella, we were sold on the promise of a seamless two-way sync between Filevine and a SharePoint drive—a key reason we moved forward so quickly.

Only later did we find out that, due to technical limitations, the sync wasn’t actually going to be 100% seamless. Had this been communicated more transparently from the outset, I would have managed expectations differently and avoided some initial frustration.

That said, the Neostella team handled this with professionalism: they were responsive, worked closely with us through the challenges, and found effective workarounds that ultimately delivered what we needed. Since those adjustments, the system has performed reliably and their ongoing support has been excellent.

I appreciate a partner who stands by their solution and continues to engage until things work. I’d encourage Neostella to be upfront about any potential limitations in the sales process—it builds trust and sets everyone up for a stronger, long-term partnership. What do you like best about Neostella?

Not much. They are great to work with. Getting tech support quickly is not easily accomplished. The support/incident ticketing system is slow and often times you are not dealing with the product expert that can resolve your issue. It is a suite of great easy to use products. Sync, Portal, Data Governance and Advanced Task Management. All the products are fully integrated into Filevine software and Neostella assists with the implementation at every step of the way. These products are built from practical user experience and deliver needed functionality to all levels of your organization. They extend staff productivity and communication to the client in ways we could not provide previously. Neostella provides full support for all their products. What do you like best about Neostella?

The team listened carefully and took notes while we were doing our Filevine build; they did not attempt to "upsell" but presented their products along with other businesses options while letting us independently decide what worked best for our firm. It is clear in the final days of implementation that notes were taken in meetings over the last year and everything on our "wish list" at the beginning is now comoing to life in our FV build. The method of talk, show, teach is working well to put our FV into our hands but also knowing we have the team at our disposal long after launch.

What do you dislike about Neostella?

There was one time we had a demo of another product and I was confused if it was built in, an add on, or another program entirely, but as time when on I came to understand (I think I was not in initial meetings so this was an internal fault).

At one point small groups in a larger group were the only people on certain emails and it would be much more helpful if everyone is in the loop as all the programs and job responsibilities do go off of each other so sometimes what one area didn't know, another did, and how changes can affect everyone - this was cleared up eventually where all attendees were invited to all maters, but earlier may have been better.
