What do you like best about Neostella?

We partnered with Neostella to address a major gap in our tech stack—Filevine’s lack of a true local drive and seamless two-way sync. From the very start, Neostella stood out. Their solution was exactly what we’d been searching for, and we signed up right away.

What do you dislike about Neostella?

While our overall experience with Neostella has been positive, I want to be candid about one aspect. When we first connected with Neostella, we were sold on the promise of a seamless two-way sync between Filevine and a SharePoint drive—a key reason we moved forward so quickly.

Only later did we find out that, due to technical limitations, the sync wasn’t actually going to be 100% seamless. Had this been communicated more transparently from the outset, I would have managed expectations differently and avoided some initial frustration.

That said, the Neostella team handled this with professionalism: they were responsive, worked closely with us through the challenges, and found effective workarounds that ultimately delivered what we needed. Since those adjustments, the system has performed reliably and their ongoing support has been excellent.

I appreciate a partner who stands by their solution and continues to engage until things work. I’d encourage Neostella to be upfront about any potential limitations in the sales process—it builds trust and sets everyone up for a stronger, long-term partnership.
