It has been disappointing how many issues have come up while using Neospin. Our company has many complicated processes involving retirement benefits. We must have a system we can trust and know the data is accurate. We are still finding issues in the system, which has created more work on our end. Due to these issues, it has been a very time-consuming process for all involved. Deadlines are harder to meet when we can't trust the system and keep finding errors.
