**What do you like best about Neospin?**

The most helpful aspect of this product is we have direct access to one representative that can help us when we have questions regarding the software.

**What do you dislike about Neospin?**

It has been disappointing how many issues have come up while using Neospin. Our company has many complicated processes involving retirement benefits. We must have a system we can trust and know the data is accurate. We are still finding issues in the system, which has created more work on our end. Due to these issues, it has been a very time-consuming process for all involved.   Deadlines are harder to meet when we can't trust the system and keep finding errors.

**What problems is Neospin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Neospin has helped improve one central location to keep track of our members payment history and reflect accurately which benefits they are receiving.
