**What do you like best about Neo People Human Resource Software?**

It has a good employee analysis system that keeps all employees' data on perfomance from reqruitment to retirement. Some features that fascinate me are the 360 degree feedback and the employee database. 

**What do you dislike about Neo People Human Resource Software?**

It has a limitation on features like applicant tracking although all other features are on point.

**What problems is Neo People Human Resource Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to track our employees through its superb database system where we have been able to detect any issues with employees. It has been of great help to our company in terms of mitigating risks connected to employees.
