**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

For business travel, it is great to have everything I need in one place. I can book flight, hotel, and car all from the app in a very short amount of time. I like that there are so many options presented so I can compare pricing. It's also great to have Navan pricing and Navan Rewards. I travel for work about once every couple of months and I rely on Navan for those trips. I have also used it for personal use.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really don't have anything to complain about with Navan. Even when a trip was changed halfway through, a Navan agent was very helpful in getting me flights changed.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use in getting per diems and mileage paid promptly through direct deposit. I'm not searching multiple websites for booking flights, hotels, or cars.

I use Navan (Formerly TripActions) for work travel, and I think it's really good. It helps me organize my trips, which is very cool. I also find it very easy and convenient to use, which is great because everything is there for me without having to wait for my money to be returned. It's sufficient for all my corporate needs.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I would say the manual reversals take a long time. Like, if you upload a manual trip expense, they take a long time to reimburse. But that could be due to me waiting on my management to approve it. Not sure.

I don't have to wait for reimbursements; the money is already available for my corporate needs.

Higher prices than booking directly with hotel, no easy way to alter existing reservations, site is very slow and glitchy

From an integration perspective ui/ux, the invoices are not sync-ing over the expense platrom (Ramp)

Same platform. It feels they have more hotels. easy to use

They discontinued the option to exchange Navan points into Amazon vouchers.

Navan allows me to book hotels and flights following my company's policy. It means that unless it is out of policy, I can go ahead and book. It makes travel bookins very easy as it is an very user friendly platform.

I like how Navan (Formerly TripActions) is user-friendly and makes the expense submission and approval process seamless. The whole reimbursement journey is easy and seamless, and I find it easy to navigate on the web. It's well laid out and just easy to use. Also, not having to save paper receipts is a big plus for me.

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) has every single detail of travel made by an employee from the booking point to the travel point, so I don't have to look further or anywhere else. I also appreciate that the team is very friendly, communicative, and always happy to help.

I think the report interface can be better. It's difficult to reconcile the report, and you have to look or search for it, which is time-consuming.

It should introduce a better tracking feature. Also, I believe notifications is something which is not present in all the flows.

Easy management of expenses, worrisome solution. In most case, the expenses are resolved and reimbursed very quickly. Their travel booking solutions are also pretty good.

User interface is very easy to navigate.  I love that you can select multiple cities on your trip.  It's also very easy to update flights if needed.

Sometimes it's challenging when I have to be very specific with filters to see the results I want.

Customer support is WAY better than what our company used to use and there's only one trip fee - no extras when you need to modify a trip, which happens often in the corporate world!

It’s also kinda complicated to book red eyes.

Uploading expenses is super easy now as Navan autofills information from my receipt. All that's left for me is categorizing the expense, which is easy enough.

It streamlines tasks that would previously require saving receipts, scanning, uploading, manually coding, and waiting for review. Now, it automates all these actions in just seconds. I also find the setup incredibly intuitive and seamless, requiring so little effort that I hardly remember it.

The platform works well overall. If anything, occuasional UI navigation can take an extra click or two, but nothing major.

I really love Navan (Formerly TripActions) for how easy it is to use. Uploading receipts is a breeze, and it's very easy to create expenses that way. I just upload a picture into the Navan app, and an expense is generated using the receipt information. Plus, the initial setup was very easy for my team.

It would be nice to not have to create a trip to use my Navan card, although that may be a setting selected by my company.

Sometimes I can find a less expensive alternative elsewhere. Not frequently.

Without Navan, I would need to FAX credit card authorizations to hotels for co-workers.  With Navan, that isn't necessary.

Its easy to search and save trips. As an EA its easy for me to switch profiles.

Sometimes hard to determine what is included with the booking or to add baggage etc.

The only negative is when planning a trip it can get convoluted, it needs to be organized in a better matter

I'm not sure if we can get the booking notifications on WhatsApp. It would be nice if there was a way to integrate WhatsApp to receive tickets there.

I like the clean and clear user interface of Navan (Formerly TripActions). The multiple options available for flights and hotels make it easy for me to compare and contrast what works best for me. I appreciate that it doesn't constrain me to specific choices, giving me the freedom to choose based on my needs. The integration with Google Calendar is nice, as it links directly to my schedule.
