## Navan (Formerly TripActions) Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Business Travel, Effortlessly Compliant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby B. | Rotational Manager, Vivint GTM & Strategy

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan's user interface and user experience are both incredibly clear and simple. You just type in your location, enter your flight info, and you're able to see the clear progression. The checkout page is really great as well, and I really appreciate how each step is very clear. What I like the most about Navan is how it integrates every part of a work trip into one landing page, so you can see your flight, your return flight, your hotel, and you can customize or edit those things at any point. I just like how it's all integrated together in a very clear, compelling way. The mobile app replicates that experience really well. I also value the clear design and how simple and straightforward everything is, sometimes even fun and delightful. Plus, I love being able to connect my personal loyalty rewards programs like my United MileagePlus account and Hilton Honors membership. It allows me to benefit from the travel while staying compliant with my company's travel and expense policies.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing that can be improved, honestly. Maybe some of the key things if I were to really sit down and think, but I think it's a super clear, thoughtful, impressive experience that takes a lot of information and gets the job done very well.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes booking travel compliant and quick, showing me my company's spending limits right in the selection menu. It clears the bureaucratic process, letting me book travel confidently and straightforwardly.

 ### 2. Seamless Business Travel Management Upgrade

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Sustainability Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like the ability to book my flights and hotel directly through the Navan app, so I don't have to wait on reimbursement for those larger ticket items. The convenience of the app is great, especially with the lack of delay between the transaction itself and submitting it to my company. Makes it much easier to remember to do it immediately instead of forgetting and handling it all at once later. It's been really helpful because it ensures I can submit things accurately and on time. Also, setting up Navan was very easy. All I had to do was enter my email address, and I was ready to go. The app is so easy to use and self-explanatory that I was able to start using it right away.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Nothing to note!

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan (Formerly TripActions) eliminates delays in expense reporting, allowing me to book flights directly through the app without waiting for reimbursement. It ensures timely transaction submission, saving money by avoiding missed deadlines. Transitioning from spreadsheets was a huge upgrade, making everything quicker and easier.

 ### 3. Excellent Support and Easy Setup, Flight Search Could be Improved Slightly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon P. | Director, Enterprise Sales

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan for planning and tracking both business and personal trips and it really helps in searching and booking flights, hotels, and rental vehicles. I find the interface easy to navigate, and what I like most is the customer service attentiveness when I run into issues during travel. The initial setup was very easy, both on Desktop and the App.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes I can't find some flights from certain carriers or certain flight segments on major carriers if multiple stops are required. The results sometimes differ from what I see on the airline website directly. It seems like discount carriers don't show up at all and recently I located a more direct route on an airline's website than I could see using Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps me search and book flights, hotels, and rentals, keeping all my bookings and schedules in one place. I love the easy navigation and attentive customer service when I have travel issues.

 ### 4. Efficient Expense Management with Navan, Needs AI Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony T.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) keeps things very organized. The AI makes it easy and seamless by letting me scan receipts, which is helpful for handling expenses. It's also great to have all the information for hotel bookings and cancellations on a single page, including order and credit card details.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think the AI's ability to handle multiple receipts still needs work because it doesn't add up all the receipts. I have parking for a whole week and instead of doing individual receipts, I want to do a batch, like five receipts at the same time. The synchronization with reward programs could be more seamless. There's also a minor thing about the cancellation and upgrade process, which might relate to company linking or privacy laws, but better synchronization would be helpful. Also, I think the AI should be able to read multiple things at once and identify them as one for easier management and approval.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for organizing expenses and bookings. The AI receipt scanning simplifies processing expenses, and having all booking info on one page is great for staying organized.

 ### 5. Streamlined Expense Management, Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like the notifications and the automation features of Navan. As soon as I swipe my Navan card, I get an immediate notification on the app. I can just take a picture of the receipt and I'm done. If I receive a receipt via email from a hotel or airline, I just forward it to Navan, and it automatically associates it with the correct expense. At the end of each month, it compiles the expense report and submits it to my manager without me having to do anything or add any notes. The whole process is seamless and automates everything for me.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

There isn't anything I dislike.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for expense management, and it drastically cuts down the time to submit reports. The app notifies me of transactions and automates receipt uploads, making it simple to manage my frequent expenses. It's handy for handling hundreds of expenses monthly.

 ### 6. Seamless Business and Personal Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcella D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that I can book both personal and business travel with Navan. It's really convenient to be able to pay for anything while I'm on a trip, not just flights or travel, but also food and orders. I appreciate the ease of access it provides and I really like the shareable pages that can be shared across teams. Being able to tag people into specific bookings is a great feature. The initial setup was so easy; I managed to get it set up in just a few days.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The tagging page for what happened within the purchase could be clearer. It has a lot of places to put info, and there are a lot of fields that are duplicative. It could be simplified for what the purchase was for, the trips, and if it was personal vs business.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan keeps all my travel info in one place, separates personal and business travel, and eases purchasing authorization. It's convenient for booking all trip-related expenses and offers shareable pages for team collaboration.

**Reviewed by:** Paula A. S. | Business Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I think Navan is great for business travel. It's very user-friendly, and as someone who travels a lot domestically and globally, it makes things easy for me, especially with the choices of hotels. I appreciate that it acts as a one-stop shop where I can rent a car, book a hotel, and find the best airfare both domestically and internationally. It also keeps track of my rewards at Marriott and Hilton and has all my travel information readily available. I appreciate its ease of use, and it shows me where my colleagues have stayed before with good reviews, making it easier to book trips, especially internationally. The setup was very easy, and I've already recommended it to over 20 people. I would definitely rate it a 10 plus.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Absolutely nothing

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan as a one-stop shop for booking cars, hotels, and flights, which simplifies my travel plans. It's user-friendly, tracks my rewards, and even suggests hotels colleagues liked, making international bookings much easier.

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I am a events marketer and always traveling to conferences. I love the easy access to my expense platform through Navan's mobile app. Gone are the days of me missing a receipt because I lost it in between travels. Navan's app is easy to use and gives me access to my travel itinerary and expenses at the ease of my fingertips.

 ### 9. Effective Coding & Spend Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the way Navan categorizes spending habits. I enjoy seeing the spend analysis on the front screen to show where money is being spent. It's interesting to see how our company adds up to others using Navan.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I do not like how heavily Navan relies on AI to "simplify" or shorten actions in the app.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Categorizing money spent and coding expenses as needed is helpful. I also like that it shows where the transaction was made.

 ### 10. Intuitive and Effortless Travel Management with Great Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Vice President of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Our travelers have found Navan to be extremely intuitive, and they really appreciate the rewards they earn for being mindful of costs during their trips. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to implement, as it required very little effort on our part.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I haven't encountered many drawbacks with Navan so far. The system has been very straightforward and user-friendly. One area that could be improved is the process for submitting corporate discounts. Currently, we have to email our account contact to have rewards added, but it would be more convenient if this process were more automated and self-serve.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we lacked a unified and consolidated travel platform, but Navan now provides us with a single place where our travelers can access standardized pricing. This allows them to take advantage of our corporate travel discounts while still earning their loyalty points.

Nothing. I like everything about Navan. It's very easy to use.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of various travel expense was not easy until I started using the Navan card. Now its really easy and convenient.

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

it is so good compared to looking at other hotel apps or using google search. it is just such a great ui that gives you the best prices. I use it for business and even for personal travel for that reason. hotel picking is the best.

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I use Navan through work for all of my work travel needs and it is SO easy to use. I go on at least 5 trips a year with work and so I use it often. It includes many features, my favorite being that it keeps track of all of my memberships and then gives me the best deal for those while booking for work. I book flights, hotels, and car rentals and the prices are fair for my organization and super easy to shift. Customer support is always available and sometimes I use it for personal trips because they give me great deals. I also use it to keep up with my work credit card spending, which is also easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

 ### 21. All-in-One Corporate Travel: Seamless Booking, Expenses, and Real-Time Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

What I find most helpful about Navan is how it brings travel booking, expense management, and real-time support together in one seamless platform. It makes corporate travel more efficient for both travelers and travel managers.

A major upside is the user-friendly interface. Booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation is straightforward, and travelers can handle changes directly in the app. Real-time updates and a centralized system reduce confusion and give companies better visibility.

From my experience working in front-office support as well as back-office ticketing and fraud analysis for four years, I’ve seen how Navan prioritizes speed, automation, and policy compliance. Automated approval flows and policy controls help companies manage travel spend effectively while still giving employees flexibility.

Another strong advantage is the support structure. The platform enables quick coordination between customer support, ticketing, and fraud teams, which helps resolve issues efficiently—whether it’s schedule changes, complex rebookings, or fraud-risk detection.

Overall, Navan stands out because it balances technology, automation, and human support, making corporate travel smoother, more secure, and more cost-efficient.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

While Navan is very efficient overall, one drawback is that certain complex or multi-city itineraries can still require manual intervention from support or ticketing teams. Automation works well for standard bookings, but more complicated changes—such as airline schedule disruptions, exchanges involving fare differences, or special fare rules—can take additional time to process.

Another limitation is that inventory and pricing may occasionally differ slightly from airline direct websites, particularly during high-demand periods. This can lead to questions from travelers who compare rates externally and expect an exact match.

Policy restrictions are helpful for cost control, but they can sometimes feel limiting for travelers who prefer more flexibility. Similarly, strict approval flows may slow down urgent bookings when managers are not immediately available to approve requests.

From an operational perspective, fraud detection and risk controls are important, but in some cases legitimate transactions may be flagged. When that happens, it can temporarily affect the traveler experience until the issue is reviewed and resolved.

Overall, these downsides tend to show up in edge cases and complex scenarios rather than in everyday use. For standard corporate travel, the platform performs well, but like any travel management system, it can run into challenges during irregular operations or when travel needs are highly customized.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps address several core business challenges tied to corporate travel and expense management.

To start, it improves visibility and control over travel spend. With built-in policy controls, approval workflows, and real-time reporting, companies can manage budgets more effectively and cut down on out-of-policy bookings.

It also boosts efficiency. Rather than relying on multiple tools for booking, approvals, and expense tracking, Navan brings these processes together in a single system. This reduces manual effort, speeds up approvals, and limits the back-and-forth between employees and finance teams.

At the same time, it supports a better traveler experience without sacrificing compliance. Employees can self-book within company policy, make changes more easily, and access support when needed. That balance helps reduce friction while still protecting company spend.

From an operational perspective, Navan can also help with risk and fraud management. With monitoring systems in place, suspicious or higher-risk transactions can be flagged and reviewed quickly, helping protect the company from potential financial losses.

Overall, Navan helps tackle cost control, operational inefficiency, policy compliance, risk management, and traveler support in one integrated platform.

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that Navan (Formerly TripActions) is more intuitive than what I use now. My main solution was to be able to approve trip expenses and it works well.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The initial setup of Navan (Formerly TripActions) was not easy at first, but it gets better over time.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan to book and manage travel expenses, and it makes approving trip expenses easy. I like that it's more intuitive than what I used before.

 ### 26. Refreshing UI and Spend Tracking, but Flight Prices and Card Compatibility Can Vary

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The User Interface is better than any other website in the market like Expedia or Booking.com. Very refreshing compare to all previous corporate travel systems. Price wise it enables me to monitor spend of the team very easily

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Sometimes flights are more expensive there than booking directly with the airline. It is also not working flwaless with corporate cards which are not Navan's

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor expenses and not allowing employees to over spend on travel

 ### 27. User-Friendly Integration, but Pricing Feels Less Competitive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omer R. | EVP Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It's a user-friendly platform and integrates with our internal system

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The inventory prices are usually about the same as what we can book ourselves without using an agent.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One global travel agent platform and expense reimbursement

 ### 28. Overpriced, Inflexible, and Disappointing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

It initially seems like a good idea—consolidating travel into one platform with an approval process. However, the appeal quickly fades once you try to make any changes or deal with customer support.

When you look at the long list of $25 booking fees, compare prices directly with airlines or hotels, or consider how few points you earn through your memberships, it becomes clear that the benefits simply don’t outweigh the drawbacks.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

This has been a terrible experience. You charge $25 per booking, yet you are not cheaper than booking directly. You offer far fewer points, and quite often I’m unable to pre-book seats with airlines, which forces me to pay out of pocket—sometimes as much as $100 each way on long-haul flights.

Overall, you provide absolutely no meaningful benefit. Over the past year of using your service, I’ve been extremely dissatisfied, and I’m actively encouraging 90% of our employees to switch to another option moving forward.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service isn’t solving any real problems. In fact, it takes more time and ends up being far more expensive than simply going to airline or hotel websites myself and booking travel manually.

There are countless price comparison tools available today that make it easy to find the best options without paying unnecessary extra fees. Seeing repeated $25 booking charges show up on my corporate travel card is honestly a joke, especially when the pricing is often no better—and sometimes worse—than booking directly.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know anyone in our company who actually enjoys using this service. Instead of making corporate travel easier, it has added frustration, extra costs, and unnecessary complexity.

 ### 29. Seamless Travel Booking with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like that everything can be done through the Navan app, making it really convenient for managing bookings. The push notifications for reminders are really helpful. I also sort of like the one-touch access for searching new travel options. It's very easy to have all expenses in one place instead of booking through different airline and travel sites. Plus, changing travel plans is really easy. The initial setup of Navan was very, very easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find some of the options for hotel searches could be a little clunky or cumbersome. Seems like there's just too many choices shown. I mean, maybe better filtering options at the point of search.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navan for booking travel, keeping expenses in one place without needing to check multiple sites. Changing plans is easy, enhancing flexibility. The app's push notifications and one-touch search access are helpful.

It makes it easy to find flights in locations with multiple airports, like NYC. The expense feature is really nice, and I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Changing flights can be hard. I've had to change flights before, and you have to restart the entire process. Seems like an easy fix to make user experience better.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan keeps our team on the same or similar flights, makes it easy to find flights in locations with multiple airports like NYC, and the expense feature is really nice.

I use Navan mainly for business trips, and it really is a complete package. It handles all my reservations needs, from flights to hotel bookings and car rentals. I particularly like the reimbursement feature, with choices to sync with my personal credit, making things much simpler instead of relying just on receipts. The notifications about upcoming trips and confirmation are super helpful, keeping me updated on everything. I'm also interested in Navan points and looking forward to using them in the future. The initial setup was very easy and simple.

I guess on the car rentals, Navan should indicate or prompt me if the other rental companies are fully booked.

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I like the ability to use my phone's camera to scan receipts and automatically upload them. I appreciate that I can also upload receipts via email. The initial setup was fairly easy. Once I downloaded it onto my phone, I was able to link my profile with work and sync them together, which allows me to submit receipts and be repaid via PayPal.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I don't typically use the personal side of the app. I just have experience with the business side.

I like that Navan provides a one-stop solution for all reservations, which makes managing business travel much easier. It's a quick and easy way to keep all past and upcoming trips separate for expenses, allowing me to find, sort, and expense items easily. I also really appreciate that the tech support is always fast and friendly; they always answer the phone and solve travel issues quickly. Plus, initial setup was really easy, and the app works great as well.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find that the Hertz rental car doesn't show up at all locations. The Navan rate is not the same as my company rate.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan provides a one-stop solution for all reservations, making it easy to separate past and upcoming trips for expenses. It helps in finding, sorting, and expensing items effortlessly. Plus, their tech support is fast and friendly, quickly resolving travel issues.

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

User friendly and easy to learn. The travel and expense sync makes the work easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

The expense side needs some enhancements to improve workflow and visibility. My main complaint is that not all the user data provided in the HRIS file is included with the transaction data when pulling reports.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to not have great reporting on travel or expense and now we have excellent visibility on all T&E spend.

 ### 36. Cut Our Trip Booking Time in Half—Fast, Efficient All-in-One Travel Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Inspector, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

Using this software is a major improvement over our previous travel tool. The time it takes to book an entire trip—airfare, car rental, and hotel—has been cut in half, which makes the whole process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

A possible improvement would be to offer more options for flying with multiple airlines, which could help reduce layover duration and cut down on overall additional flight time. That would make trips feel more efficient and less drawn out.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined my booking process and removed the need to book through a travel agent with limited support hours, which makes planning and managing trips much easier for me.

It’s a single place where I can check all my travel arrangements, with the option to add personal stays as well.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvin P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I most often use Navan for filing business expenses, and I appreciate the UX. I've used other legacy expense platforms before that are much less pleasant to interact with. The UI/UX makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I like how Navan clearly displays the approval status of all my filed expenses. The auto-extraction from receipts is pretty easy to use and makes a difference, especially when filing multiple expenses quickly. The auto-filling feature is a great touch and makes batch filing a bit easier by handling cumbersome information like category details. Setting up my account was fairly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I noticed that when booking travel, the flights searching feature was pretty slow to load and use. Quicker result loading and filtering would be appreciated.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan makes it easy to file multiple expenses quickly, especially with auto-extraction from receipts.

In my experience so far, what I like best about Navan is how user-friendly it is. It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly find the information I need.

 ### 45. Seamless T&E Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alex p. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I really like the platform and UI of Navan (Formerly TripActions). It's seamless and quick whether I'm booking a trip myself or performing an accounting review. Compared to SAP's Concur, Navan is more centralized and makes it easier to reconcile monthly than the extracts Concur creates. The initial setup of Navan was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I don't like that we can't sort all of our properties (list of entities) alphabetically in the dropdown when pulling each entity's statements. I wish I could sort the entities alphabetically in the statements section.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan helps with reconciling transactions monthly and avoids extra costs from unsubmitted transactions. It is more centralized and creates easier-to-reconcile extracts than SAP Concur.

 ### 46. Simplifies Travel Booking with Ease

I find Navan really advantageous for getting the best prices on flights for both work and personal trips. My favorite thing about Navan is how all my rewards and points for airlines and hotels are stored in one easy place, making everything simple to find and apply whenever I'm searching for any trip.

**What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?**

I find that car rentals tend to be more hit or miss for discounts on Navan. It's not uncommon for me to find better deals going directly to the car rental's website than through Navan.

**What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navan allows me to view my flight and hotel purchases holistically and quickly, get the best flight prices, and store my airline and hotel rewards in one place for easy access.
