Easy to use for me and clients, keeps all. info. organized and in oone place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am MyCase?

Not being able to delete things like time enty category codes, template document folders, no integration with DIALPAD or another good phone systems (the one available only transcribes a few a month and then charge too much). TOo many things I have to add on and pay for as integrations that the systems could provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
