What do you like best about 8am MyCase?

MyCase is very user friendly and easy to use. But mostly, the customer service for MyCase is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am MyCase?

MyCase is not catered to one specific area of law, so that could be improved if it had specific Personal Injury or Workers Compensation or Employment Law practice area tools. The other thing that could be improved is when you select "contingency fee" it does not register it, so it keeps counting your billable time entries towards the hourly total rather than as a contingency.
