And that's coming from someone that runs an e-commerce company for over 10 years, that means my entire business runs on more apps than I can count. On the occasion that I submit a bug report... Get this... They actually take me serious and do NOT treat me like an idiot, unlike many SaaS. That is HUGE. That makes it worth sticking around for. Keep up the good work guys! **What do you dislike about My Real Profit?** I think the price is a bit steep for something that only gives you data and doesn't actually "DO" anything for you. But the biggest value is that you can request customizations to your reports. I can justify the price because I've learned to get good at questioning my data. Once I have the question in mind that I want to find an answer for in my data, then MRP builds it so I can see the answer laid out in front of me. **What problems is My Real Profit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing beats being able to login to ONE app to see my detailed profit reports laid out for me. ### 2. I didn't realize a lot of my products were losing lots of money for months before I got My Real Profit, and simply making the decision to change pricing or to disinvest in a failed product has been a powerful guide for me. ### 3. Amazon hides so many fees in so many different places. I dug through every obscure Seller Central report, Return Report, Store Fees, etc., trying to find SOMETHING that didn't match what MRP was reporting. It's rare you come across software that makes you re-think how you approach your business. MRP reveals the hidden gems and hard truths and you need both. **What do you dislike about My Real Profit?** There's not really downsides to using it. My only complaint that I've told the Owner many, many times is I really wish I could integrate with my Shopify store and Google Ads. Then this will be the holy grain of ecommerce accounting. **What problems is My Real Profit solving and how is that benefiting you?** MRP has changed where I allocate my financial resources, my time, and how I run my overall business (not just my Amazon storefront).
