We were able to customize the platform to meet our needs and add our company branding logos. The MLH team helped us appropriately set up all users in the platform, has continued to offer great support for us after the initial onboarding, and is receptive to feedback. The recent addition of a JSON library was great and we are looking forward to see other features continue to expand. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** Although expiration dates can be set for courses, the user loses access to the course after the expiration date. This requires us to have to manually track if a user completed courses prior to the due dates. It would be great to see a future update add the ability to choose if the user loses access to a course past the expiration date. There are also limits on how much you can shrink some elements added to the course, which may sometimes require added creativity to accomplish a good page layout. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Learning Hub helps us keep track of user training compliance and training retention. It also helps us better understand if users are understanding training materials by being able to utilize a variety of different quiz/test questions. ### 3. The user interface, ease of management, and data analytics sold us on this platform. Our previous system had a very outdated user experience, and our System Admins found themselves doing all the user maintenance for our Franchisees and their teams. Within four weeks of launching the My Learning Hub platform, we have dozens of Franchisees managing their teams by assigning them learning paths and courses and looking to promote within so that their team leaders can do the same. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** The Authoring Tool is a bit clunky and seems limited for creating internal content. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize online learning to deliver necessary coursework to franchise teams worldwide. While we host local training at our Corporate Headquarters, it's cost prohibitive to send employees for every training class. Creating micro-learning opportunities on the LMS allows anyone with access to take advantage of our training resources from anywhere and at any time. ### 4. The features are really good. The support in place through the project managers rea absolutely amazing. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** It can be a wait to get some changes made to the platform to meet our very wide variety of needs as we work from cradle to career in our model- they try their best to adapt as much as possible. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work across a very big value proposition and have some unusual requests of an LMS system. We not only need to overcome geography but data expenses, standardization in delivery and provide high-quality learning to underserved communities. The ability to upload external SCORM files as well as to be able to create our own content using the authoring tool have been ab absolute game changer to our business.
