**What do you like best about My e-Property Manager?**

My e-Property Manager is incredibly easy to implement, setting up my account and getting started took no time at all. Their customer support is fantastic; they are always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions I have. I frequently use this free rental management software because it is very user friendly. I like their real time invoice feature. The automatic late fee calculation feature saves so much time, and I love not having to worry about the small details anymore. It’s made managing my properties so much easier. Highly recommend!

There is nothing to dislike right now. So far so good!

**What problems is My e-Property Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My e-Property Manager solves the stress of managing rental properties by automating tasks like rent late fee calculation, tenant invoicing, and maintenance workflow. The tenant portal keeps tenants informed, reducing calls and emails, while the rent ledger and invoicing features simplify financial tracking. These tools save me time, improve organization, and enhance tenant satisfaction, all for free.

**What do you like best about My e-Property Manager?**

My e-Property Manager is very easy to set up and manage bills, properties, and invoices. I love that we can use it to facilitate client parking passes as well.

**What do you dislike about My e-Property Manager?**

Sometimes the website can be slow, especially when we are in a hurry to do EOM updates.

**What problems is My e-Property Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to send work orders, update invoices and accounts all in one program, which is amazing.
