Mvix allows us to update our directory remotely so that we do not have to travel 45 minutes each time it needs updated. Their software system is fairly user friendly for the most part. Their customer service team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MVIX Displays go down very, VERY often. I find a lot of my work day becomes dedicated to coordinating with their abysmal customer support. Any time I change any media in a playlist or schedule, the system becomes unresponsive and will start playing old media that has long since been removed from the account. I purchased a Mvix basic player last year. Just got it installed and configured for our restaurant. Had to call tech support a couple of times to get all set *** (and they were awesome). This is why I would choose MVIX. They are in the USA and answer the phone and can help. This is worth a lot when you are busy and need an answer. The device seems well made and I have been learning and using the Xhib signage desktop app for creating playlists and schedules. MVIX allows our staff to easily and quickly update our signage throughout our several buildings from their desk. It's easy enough for even our part-time staff to operate and does not require a lot of maintenance or troubleshooting time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
