What do you like best about Muck Rack?

The system is rich! Shortly saying, Muck Rack is essential in productive and effective PR work. It offers a comprehensive PR management tools that are designed to streamline the workflow of PR - media searches (probably mostly used by me and my team members), creating databases, monitoring, reporting, and the list goes on. What do you like best about Muck Rack?

I really appreciate that with Muck Rack, I don't have to manually pull press contacts or track results. It simplifies the process of identifying proper press contacts and tracking successes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muck Rack?

The tracking does not always pick up all coverage, which is understandable given the technology, but then we needed a team to do by hand in addition, which defeated the purpose of using Muck Rack. Additionally, I don't love how everything we ask for is like pulling teeth - the updated process for tracking results, switching over a name for a seat, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
