&lt;p&gt;The integration I’d scrutinize isn’t just whether the assistant can read from a CRM, but whether it can safely write back after the conversation. Creating notes, updating fields, or triggering workflows is where duplicate records and bad mappings become operational problems. I’d demo one full call-to-CRM workflow and deliberately change a field or API response midway to see how gracefully each platform handles the failure.&lt;/p&gt;
