What do you like best about mTrip?

We selected mtrip after looking at several similar products, and after a few years of using it, it still continues to amaze us. Having a tool that gives our customers easy access to our agency right in their pocket is great, but the ability to geolocate them and alert them in case of incidents at their destination (duty of care) is essential. What do you dislike about mTrip?

What do you like best about mTrip?

I really like how practical this platform is for both agents and travellers. It makes it incredibly easy to build, customise, and manage detailed itineraries, saving a lot of time while still delivering a polished, professional final result.

I also genuinely appreciate the support we receive from the team. They’re always quick to respond, offer clear guidance, and consistently go out of their way to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about mTrip?

There’s very little to dislike about mTrip overall, although at times some customisation features or updates can take a little while to be fully implemented.

That said, these are minor issues and are usually resolved with help from the mTrip support team, who are responsive and happy to assist with questions or suggest workarounds. Overall, the benefits of the platform far outweigh these small limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Travel Planning with Top-Notch Support"
What do you like best about mTrip?

We use mTrip for its CMS to build trips and personalized travel apps for our travelers. I like the ease of use of the CMS and appreciate the user-friendly app it generates for our clients. They solve the problem of how to share travel plans with our clients easily and clearly. When we experience any technical problems, they are very quick to respond and follow up regularly until the issue is resolved. Our clients appreciate the helpful information provided like travel tips, service descriptions, maps & directions, and reminders/notifications for flights, tours & activities. What do you dislike about mTrip?

I think mTrip could improve on communication about enhancements or changes. Sometimes smaller changes that affect our process aren't communicated to us, making it hard to know if it's an intentional change or an error that needs to be reported.
