"They're pioneering the ABM space and will never outgrow us."
What do you like best about pharosIQ?

They cover a lot and it was a bit overwhelming initially because our collective knowledge of ABM strategy and intelligence were in the intermediate stages in the lifecycle. BUT, what was transformational for our explosive growth was the ability to quickly evolve as they really do seem to be pioneering the space. They're the only solution in both insights and actions Forrester leader quadrants. It seems like Forrester is using them as the innovator to help them design the next quadrant relative to ABM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pharosIQ?

They do so much and offer so much from their platform but as they grow they no longer can have a resource dedicated to the specifics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about pharosIQ?

MRP offers you real-time insights on content consumption and allows you to monitor your accounts. By monitoring accounts, our teams are able to provide better service and predict our clients' needs and challenges before they service. What do you dislike about pharosIQ?

It can be a little challenging to navigate and also the onboarding timeframe was a little longer than expected, however the trainings provided were really informative and you always have someone available to answer any and all questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about pharosIQ?

The Prelytix interface was easy to use and navigate with simple one click drill down on customer accounts or activity. Being able to see client search terms in real time gave us great advantage in planning our approach and marketing activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pharosIQ?

The licence would not be issued for the same length of time as the campaign so i need to request reactivation. Also the password reset function didn't work for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about pharosIQ?

The Prelytix solution provides my team with insight not found anywhere else. We're able to isolate target groups and identify signals that represent and help us model, the ideal buyer behaviors found in the early stages of their cycle. What do you dislike about pharosIQ?

Prelytix is VERY powerful - but the user interface and integration capabilities are the most lacking so far. We're still having to leverage n iFrame for salesforce which isn't ideal but the team at MRP is working with us to figure out the best way to map the intent models to our account records so we can roll it up into our scoring methodology. The user interface is a a bit clunky and while the on-boarding teams are awesome, it takes a lot of getting used to in order to truly get comfortable in the application. Some competitors have a bit more intuitive and modern UI but are lacking when it comes to value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about pharosIQ?

Being able to make data-driven decisions to prioritize accounts, really understand your buyers' pain points, and develop strategic account plans with intent data. The Prelytix team is always willing and able to help, and if they don't know the answer, they work with their colleagues to figure it out. They are receptive to new ideas to make the user experience better, and help find creative solutions to make things work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pharosIQ?

The amount of work to prop up the program was definitely a lot more than I had anticipated, but again, their team has been invaluable in helping us work through the implementation and optimization of the tool. There are some little UI quirks that need improvement - like being able to click through an account name, etc. but they are working on those for upcoming releases. Email reporting is limited in flexibility and has been difficult for us to set up and iterate. Some of the modules update with filtering but not all which can lead to confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
