They are complex and provide deeper insights than many inhouse assessments. I find that, compared to other assessments on the market, they really help clients pinpoint subtle changes that they can make to increase their impact. I also like how assessments can be bundled together (eg: LEA/IDI) and how Strategic Directions allows us to anchor clients into language that sets a proper stage for development. It's not a dislike, it's more that because the tools are so robust it takes time for practitioners to get proficient at using them. There are so many versions of reports it can get expensive for clients. Sometimes there's too much information in some materials and not enough in others. (IDI report is an example of that for me).
