**What do you like best about MP?**

Once the equipment is loaded and the databases are created, the maintenance management is quite simple and easy to follow up.

**What do you dislike about MP?**

All of the existing menus can be very intimidating and unintuitive, and you would NEED training to be able to use the software optimally.

**What problems is MP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to keep track of the cycles that our equipment performs in order to schedule maintenance every few cycles.

**What do you like best about MP?**

is cool to understand basic context of the area

It is understood that at the time it was a good platform since it gave you the management of your maintenance. It can be useful

**What do you dislike about MP?**

The platform is already quite obsolete, so you can no longer take advantage of the tool, it had an app for maintenance and reports but it is also discontinued, not cool enough for the new tec

**What problems is MP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The truth is that we end up using spreadsheets outside of this software since it does not give us all the information we need, such as predictive maintenance (MP in this case does not contain such a current tool).

**What do you like best about MP?**

of this software I love the possibility of controlling the status of the equipment as well as the way in which the predictive maintenance works can be organized based on the time of use.

**What do you dislike about MP?**

learning to control the software is not so easy, it requires practice for master it 100% but it is due to the amount of possibilities that generates

**Recommendations to others considering MP:**

have patience and curiosity while they dominate the software

**What problems is MP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly the date of change of the bearing of the pumps of the different systems,  with mp we have the record of the services being able to statistically know the time of failure and make the changes before they happen.
