I just log in with a desire to produce a video and the script. I have no idea what sort of avatar to use. I want it to be professional and effective. HeyGen are very generous and guided me with which technique to use. I just asked AI if I could make a video and that was it - I just answered its questions and that was enough! They did not penalize me for a video over three minutes!

This is the second video that I have made and still no charges.

What I dislike is that I once provided Hygen Video Agent with a script and specifically asked for a 60-second video. However, instead of delivering what I requested, it produced an 8-second video. I repeatedly asked for a 60-second version, and although I was told they would review the script and create a longer video, I never received the 60-second video I wanted. The AI studio and the great job they do with turning images into talking/moving characters. The software is easy to use and I don't recall every having platform errors that caused the need to regenerate a file. It's extremely useful for someone that HATES getting on camera so this has been a real life saver for me!
