# Has anyone dealt with repeated extra charges and rendering issues in HeyGen?

I liked the idea of using HeyGen to create professional AI-generated training videos at a reasonable subscription price, but I ran into repeated demands for additional payments just to keep going. After spending a lot of time preparing scripts, the final video had white-screen sections that made it unusable, and support did not help without asking for more money. Instead of saving time and money, I ended up wasting both and even had to use third-party software to assemble the video. Have others experienced similar credit charges or defective rendering, and how did you handle it?
