**What do you like best about Movegistics Suite?**

I like that it is very user-friendly, and the program helps you move to the next step. It flows as a conversation would with a customer on the phone. It also integrates with paperless BOLs

**What do you dislike about Movegistics Suite?**

Sometimes your login will randomly stop working. You will then have to contact tech support to reset the password. They usually respond in an hour or so to fix it for you.

**What problems is Movegistics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no problems I am aware of that the company is working on that would benefit me. Thanks!

**What do you like best about Movegistics Suite?**

The inventory app and calendar. The CMR also lets you send emails to customers to remind about upcoming move.

**What do you dislike about Movegistics Suite?**

You have to wait for about two weeks for the CMR to use.  3rd party for credit card payment which is not cheap.

**Recommendations to others considering Movegistics Suite:**

If your CRM doesn't have everything you need, you have to pay extra for other applications to make it up to one whole. This CRM might be a good fit for big companies but not for a small business like ours.
