What do you like best about Monster VoIP?

What do you like best about Monster VoIP?

I’ve been impressed by the monster voip team from day one. Switching systems couldn’t have been more seamless. Not only is the service phenomenal they’ve also uncovered inefficiencies we had become blind to and provided solutions which were already included in our package. Outstanding service! What do you like best about Monster VoIP?

I like the customer service that I've been receiving from Jet and the user interface being very friendly. Additionally, compared to the company we used previously, "plug and play" convenience when switching from office work to remote work was much easier. There is also the addition of some extremely good hold music which was an absolute delight to listen to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?

There's been a lot of issues with call transfers on the software application and the method to 'retrieve' a call on mobile requiring you to hit 'hold' is a bit strange. We have had issues with dropped calls as well and issues on the web application and mobile app where it says a call is coming in but there is actually no call there. Or it'll say I'm receiving a call even though I've picked up already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?

Services and features are all manual setup by MonsterVoip and not automatic. This can make setup and use of services and features take forever. I believe that since the service is not automatic setup this can and has hindered the ability to accurately show this to fellow clients since many prefer to be able to use the service in a fairly quick turn around due to business needs. What do you like best about Monster VoIP?

Ane Pelonio and Dan Undale were prompt in their responses to my requests for assistance and were persistent in ensuring that my number was ported to Monster VoIP from another provider prior to a 30th day deadline from the prior provider to provide me with a full refund. I had requested that the porting of my number be made within 10 days from the date I opened an account with the prior provider but the prior provider had continued to reject Monster VoIP's porting request and delayed the porting until I had issued a complaint to the prior provider and Ane Pelonio had persistently followed up with the prior provider to honor my request for the porting, cancel my account with the prior provider and for the provider to provide me with a full refund. Ane went above and beyond to assist me with this issue and Dan Undale promptly assisted me with making sure my Monster VoIP account, fax number and other features were set up properly and to my preference. What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?

Only one dislike is that I needed to subscribe to a commercial router to turn of the SIP ALG feature and at that time, my phone connection was not clear. I believe that has been sorted out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly easy to use and it works. The interface is relatively simple to use for softphone users. The support team is very responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service is definitely being refined but is missing some features and functionality. The Admin portal is a little difficult to use. Managing the main IVR line is more difficult than it should be. Our phones from Monster VoIP are a nice blend of the new and old school - both touch screen and keypad. Having numerous extensions in our system, it's nice to see all of them on the touch screen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?

the one thing that keeps us from loving Monster is the lack of showing when an extension is on "Do Not Disturb" - so you are left guessing if you will get through to someone who is able to take a call or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
