Monster Voip helps my business to grow by meeting with my team with strong solutions for business. I like its very good PBX & strong video conferencing with all needs.

If new customer signup he must wait at least one day for activation of his account, and some tools are still not very good like video conferencing calls still not best quality .

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

I’ve been impressed by the monster voip team from day one. Switching systems couldn’t have been more seamless. Not only is the service phenomenal they’ve also uncovered inefficiencies we had become blind to and provided solutions which were already included in our package. Outstanding service!

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

We were unable to meet person due to the COVID-19 outbreak and look forward to meeting the team in 2021.

Multiple accounts, systems, and people to manage. Now  our team is able to benefit from the continuity of monster voip.

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

I like the customer service that I've been receiving from Jet and the user interface being very friendly. Additionally, compared to the company we used previously, "plug and play" convenience when switching from office work to remote work was much easier. There is also the addition of some extremely good hold music which was an absolute delight to listen to.

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

There's been a lot of issues with call transfers on the software application and the method to 'retrieve' a call on mobile requiring you to hit 'hold' is a bit strange. We have had issues with dropped calls as well and issues on the web application and mobile app where it says a call is coming in but there is actually no call there. Or it'll say I'm receiving a call even though I've picked up already.

**Recommendations to others considering Monster VoIP:**

I recommend outright asking any questions in regards to functionality. There are some things that you can do but it might not be outright apparent that those options are available, such as VMxfer (press 03 then extension)

**What problems is Monster VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MonsterVOIP has provided call recording to our agency and also has been a bit more flexible to be accessed. There are some using the software, some on their cell phones, and some using a hard phone.

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

Quality service. Little to no issues during use of service.

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

Services and features are all manual setup by MonsterVoip and not automatic. This can make setup and use of services and features take forever. I believe that since the service is not automatic setup this can and has hindered the ability to accurately show this to fellow clients since many prefer to be able to use the service in a fairly quick turn around due to business needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Monster VoIP:**

If you don't need fast setup time and you willing to wait more then one business day and possibly longer if it is the weekend then you may be fine possibly. I would suggest speeding up the response time of your employees when responding to issues as well as following up on a issues. Had numerous issues that were never resolved by employees which is unacceptable.

**What problems is Monster VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly not much as I mainly obtained MonsterVoIP service to be able to suggest it to fellow clients but the setup time wasn't sufficient enough to do so. Also the ability to request a number with no features attached is also not available which has also hindered a lot of potential suggested clients.

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

Ane Pelonio and Dan Undale were prompt in their responses to my requests for assistance and were persistent in ensuring that my number was ported to Monster VoIP from another provider prior to a 30th day deadline from the prior provider to provide me with a full refund.  I had requested that the porting of my number be made within 10 days from the date I opened an account with the prior provider but the prior provider had continued to reject Monster VoIP's porting request and delayed the porting until I had issued a complaint to the prior provider and Ane Pelonio had persistently followed up with the prior provider to honor my request for the porting, cancel my account with the prior provider and for the provider to provide me with a full refund. Ane went above and beyond to assist me with this issue and Dan Undale promptly assisted me with making sure my Monster VoIP account, fax number and other features were set up properly and to my preference.

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

Only one dislike is that I needed to subscribe to a commercial router to turn of the SIP ALG feature and at that time, my phone connection was not clear. I believe that has been sorted out.

I needed a seamless number for my business at a reasonable cost and Monster VoIP provided it.

It's very convenient to know that the support team is a call away to assist when needed.

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

It would be great to have an option to stop and play from where a recording was left off at. Instead is replays a call from the beginning.

**What problems is Monster VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple Line, being able to "Park" a call for another operator to answer without putting a customer on hold or having to transfer to an extension. Also, being able to save our team's cell phone numbers are a line, which is a 1 touch speed dial for us.

Fairly easy to use and it works.  The interface is relatively simple to use for softphone users.  The support team is very responsive

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

The service is definitely being refined but is missing some features and functionality.  The Admin portal is a little difficult to use.  Managing the main IVR line is more difficult than it should be.  Finding the queuing rules on the IVR is difficult and the UX needs to be tweaked.

This is providing a cost effective VOIP solutions for a growing business.

The ease of use really drew me to this service.

Only downside i have is periodically our internet service gets disconnected either for maintenance and not having phone service during that time is a pain. Other that everything has been great.

Do your research and compare with other VoIP services. I did that and quickly chose Monster VoIP and its been great.

Being able to customize our business phone is a huge plus. Accessing phones remotely really helps.

Our phones from Monster VoIP are a nice blend of the new and old school - both touch screen and keypad.  Having numerous extensions in our system, it's nice to see all of them on the touch screen

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

the one thing that keeps us from loving Monster is the lack of showing when an extension is on "Do Not Disturb" - so you are left guessing if you will get through to someone who is able to take a call or not.

We have created and edited different ring groups so that the phone isn't always ringing on every extension for every incoming call.

I like the ability of being able to be mobile in today's times as we have been sent home twice to work now and we can still have the office phone calls as usual

Not a fan of having to use the web app with headphones due to my mobile app dropping calls more times than not

When we email MonsterVoip because of an issue, they get back to us right away and work diligently to correct the problem.

We have had repeated problems with one or more of our phones and it's frustrating that it cannot be corrected once and for all but the time and effort given by MonsterVoip is appreciated.

Monster VoIP is reliable and excellent customer support. Very pleased with how efficient this company is and how easy they are to work with. Our business work is fast-paced and this system exceeds our expectations at its fullest. They provide numerous amount of services that's within budget and very productive  from a business standpoint. The customer service is extremely helpful in setting up and/or navigating through features or products.

Everything is great. Haven't had any problems that I can identify with.

Call forwarding rules. Really easy to have the system forward calls to my cell

It's not necessarily a dislike but just a comment or suggestion - I don't really know when I am using my phone that it is through Monster Voip, so as far as the system, which works very well, I am not often reminded that it is Monster. Therfore, with referring it to someone else, I don't know if I would always remember that my company uses Monster Voip.

We have uses three different providers before finding Monster Voip. We have not had any issues and they have been the best phone vendor so far. Their support is fantastic.

I wish they had a call transcription feature. The voicemail transcription is nice but call transcription would be even better.

Monster VOIP tech team is so fast to respond. When we need something, it is instant. We get resolution very fast too, and if they're working on it, they continuously keep us updated on the status. We've been using them for a couple years now and they've only upgraded and got better. Have not run into major issues yet. It's bee a great relationship. Highly recommend!

Not much to dislike, they are pretty on top of of their game.

The connection is fast and we do not experience any lag like our previous VOIP, the customer service responses immediately to inquiries and concerns.Platform is easy to use and navigate.

Liked the idea that Monster Voip would have been able to provide an online experience a multiple portals to provide convenient communication.

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

Technically, the first experience we had with Monster Voip was not a pleasant one as we lost internet and phones for about an hour which as a small business is not what you want out a phone provider. We therefore decided to go in another direction as the company was also not local to us.

We attempted to streamline our phone service, but after having the experience we did, we went in another direction.

I like the customer service aspect of the business. Every time I reach out, they are prompt to solve any issues we encounter!

There are only certain phones that can be used with the service.

Desktop function works well, but not compatible with certain phone serives.

Mobile app doesn't work at all. Can't call into certain conference call apps or phone services from the desktop app.

Only works form laptop or desktop, not from a mobile device.

The system is simple and neat, I picked the features I wanted and the team is excellent in helping me set everything up in less than 1 day exactly the way our business requires. The sales staff was professional and the delivery team delivered AND was available to help within moments every time! Great price, exceptional quality and never any issues with the quality of my calls! I can even tell when someone is using another VoIP provider as their call sounds distorted and ours always clear!

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

The system is simple and clunky looking, it is very functional both on cell phone and laptop but the color scheme is reminiscent of 1990's making you feel like you are working in a big behemoth of a corporation.

Compare against the competitors and try it even using one line for yourself first so then you can feel the difference.

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

Support is fast, helpful and friendly. Implementation was quick and easy. 

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

Required to have a dedicated number for inbound faxes. Some other solutions have the capability for users to receive faxes on their VoIP number.

**Recommendations to others considering Monster VoIP:**

We got sold on using Monster VoIP when our Verizon rep 

**What problems is Monster VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales staff relies on their phones to talk to their customers. The previous VoIP solution had big problems with inconsistent call quality and support was not helpful in trying to remedy the situation. We haven't had any problems with Monster and if we do I'm confident that their support staff will work to get it solved.

**What do you like best about Monster VoIP?**

Monster VoIP isn't your average VoIP customer. I've tried a whole host of them, only to find call quality spotty, customer service is lacking or the equipment is junk. Monster VoIP made sure my company was setup correctly from day 1. Moreover, their pricing is competitive, though arguably the cheapest given the level of service and quality. 

**What do you dislike about Monster VoIP?**

Nothing at this point. The monster VoIP service has been excellent. 

**Recommendations to others considering Monster VoIP:**

Make sure you gain access to their app.

**What problems is Monster VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crystal clear call quality, app connectivity and affordability. Generally those don't go in the same sentence.
