Talentbin interface will aggregate maximum information and will give us a link to the other social media. If you are lucky we can get a contact number & email. Globa search is possible. Since talentbin is part of Monster we have the benefit of getting Monster database result also integrated here which means we can find resumes. **What do you dislike about TalentBin?** Sometimes the link will have no information apart from the name of the candidates **What problems is TalentBin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching for passive candidates for our recruitment needs. Rather than buying multiple recruitment solution a one-stop solution to all ### 2. I do like that they aggregate everything in one place, however technology has advanced and we no longer really need to pay this kind of money for a service that a Chrome extension can do for free. **What do you dislike about TalentBin?** I've been extremely disappointed with the accuracy of their information. They have people listed as being at companies and with job titles that they haven't held in 5 years. It's like TalentBin did an initial scrape of information back in 2012 when they launched and then never updated anything. With today's streaming data capture technology, there is no reason that information should be this old. The age of the information has rendered it useless to me for sourcing lately, and I feel my recruiting budget is much better spent elsewhere. **Recommendations to others considering TalentBin:** Not worth the money unless they update and seriously upgrade it. The interface has looked the same since 2012. **What problems is TalentBin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding technical hires - I did initially get some, but now, as I mentioned, the age of the information has rendered it useless. ### 3.
