# Which PR analytics platforms make it genuinely easy to build weekly or monthly reports for executives without spending half a day pulling data from multiple sources?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hey G2 reviewers and PR reporting veterans! I want to start a discussion with you on: which PR analytics platform makes it genuinely easy to build weekly or monthly reports without spending half a day pulling data from multiple sources?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">From my reading of the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/pr-analytics"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/pr-analytics">PR analytics</a> tools, four come up often. <strong>Releasd</strong>, <strong>Muck Rack</strong>, <strong>Agility PR Solutions</strong>, and <strong>Meltwater</strong>. </p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/releasd/reviews"><strong>Releasd</strong></a> provides a pure reporting layer. Paste coverage links in bulk from whatever monitoring you already use, drag-and-drop into a branded visual report, clone last month's layout for this month. But it's not a monitoring tool, so it sits on top of one rather than replacing anything.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/muck-rack/reviews"><strong>Muck Rack</strong></a> provides dashboards and report templates that are fed directly by its own monitoring, so the data's already in the room; reviewers rate its ease of use near the top of the category.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/agility-pr-solutions/reviews"><strong>Agility PR Solutions</strong></a> has pre-built charts and dashboards, plus the option to hand the whole report to their managed-services analysts. </li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/meltwater/reviews"><strong>Meltwater</strong></a> has scheduled dashboards and newsletters across the broadest data set here, which is what execs with multi-market questions need.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For people who produce these reports weekly or monthly, where does "automated reporting" quietly stop being true and which part of the exec report in these tools still ends up hand-built, whatever the platform promised?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d separate automating the report production from automating the executive narrative. Most platforms can refresh charts and schedule delivery. Far fewer can explain what changed, why it matters, and what leadership should take away.&lt;/p&gt;
