Their processing fees are a bit higher than other platforms we've used. It also does not integrate well with our current CRM. Also, we have limited access to what we can see in a donor's profile and we cannot update their giving frequency or subscription for them. I understand this makes sense in terms of privacy, but we often have donors reach out and ask us to update some of their preferences, and I'm unable to help or access their account. Mogiv is the best online and mobile fundraising tool.It gives an ease of way for non profit fundraisers to manage unlimited campaigns going on for the fund raising of our institute and engage supporters.It also supports text verification and can accept funds through text messaging.It is web app so need to install anything on your pc which is really great to manage funds.
